Did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. Can I have a refund please? I ordered a Marc Jacobs the snapshot leather purse in black and red on 1/18/22. I have attached a photo of the charge on my bank statement. I never received any emails regarding the order.

Bonjour, Jai demandé un remboursement pour deux articles que jai reçu mais qui ne correspondent pas du tout à larticle proposé sur le site. J ai donc fait une demande en septembre de remboursement en mappuyant sur des photos qui montre bien que les articles ne sont pas ceux que jai commandé. Sur mon compte il y a écrit que le remboursement était en cours de traitement je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela pends autant de temps. Je suis une fervente cliente de vova, où jai effectué plusieurs achats depuis des années. Jai envoyé plusieurs e- mail au service assistance qui sans sont restés sans réponses. I made 4 different orders 3 days ago pay for all my items they requested picture of my bank card I send them but orders steel pending and is been 48 hours saying photo under review but all money as gone out of my account so either u guys dispatch my items or refund my full money thanks
