Never heard anything back from voopoo…. I will never purchase another product made by them and will continue to tell fellow vapers their products are not made well / don’t last

Bought 2 mods last Christmas and both are faulty in the exact same way (battery door wont stay closed for anything. ) Ive tried reaching out and gotten no reply, I attempted to call their customer service number and there was no option for English. I sent numerous emails and have yet to get a reply.

Its a trash

after 4 weeks of use it started auto firing on its own no physical damage then I leave it on for 5 minutes in my room and come back to find the coil has melted the plastic and there is a burnt smell in my room

Warranty

My vape module broke Within 2 weeks of having it. The store will only give me 25% off another module. I have tried emailing VOOPOO for help but they will not respond to my emails. I tried calling customer service phone number and I do not understand Chinese. So I am stuck with a broken mod that's under warranty.

I can’t get any help can’t make call to china

Malfunctioning Mod /Dangerous 200w mod wouldnt recharge once and it sent all power a dangerous hit help

Broken mod after only having 14 to 16 days

I have had probably 10 voopoo vapes, and every one of them has tore up one way or the other not long after purchase one I had the charging port come out of this one the top of the mod broke off where the tank screws in and I cannot remember the countless others that have broken or been stolen

Defective Drag Q

I recorded a video of my defective device as requested by them. Spent two hours attempting to send to them through the method they requested.

After receiving the video, they requested another one. I finally gave up because the time and frustration with this whole ordeal simply wasn't worth the price I paid for the device.

No resolution and no apology. And no more Voopoo for me.

Have been contacted by tech support. No resolution as of yet and I don't expect there will be.

Damaged Purchased Item

I n order a new device which is a drag 4 mod and the screen is all stretched to *** I have contacted voopoo and the best they can do is give me 10 dollars back on a 70 dollars device so people out t1here wanting to buy a voopoo you're taking a risk.
