Tech support, there is note sorry there. Management looks at each other and points fingers. Bad business environment

Above and it to not in store and filthy. They have 3 different carts that should require a motorized cart. Yet employees in 100 weather are becoming dangerously dehydrated. They doubtcare

Treated like *** at your Avalon Store

I was standing in line with my groceries and forgot to put up the divider between the customers groceries in front of me and my groceries. My attention was on the banking I was doing on my phone so I had enough money in my account I use to purchase food. The checker named marge grabbed 2 of my items abruptly and deliberately put them on the customers account ahead of me, we were the only 2 in line at that time. The girl in front of me in line said those arent mine 1or 2 items gummie bears and beer.The checker immediately started yelling at me and threw the divider stick at me and continues yelling . The stick hit the railing but not me and I told her Im sorry but if you cant do your job dont blame me. She said if you dont like it then dont come back here. Mind you we live on an island and vins is the only store. This lady was outta line, I didnt put the divider up so thats on me but to be yelled at and have a stick thrown at me that would have smarted if she hit me . That not cool not at all. I complained to several managers n they said theyd take care of it. That woman Margie was promoted to a manager as far as I cal tell and now just ignores me. Dirty looks *** yes rude *** yes unhelpful *** yes do I deserve this *** no! Im a great customer and consumer and spent at least 5 to 10 thousand dollars a year and up till them prolly more . But since I get treated like *** every time I walk in there I purchase the bare minimum and get the *** out! Whats ironic is that Im a former city council member and was the vote that approved that store being built in our community ! Please let me know if you can help me to get better customer service, otherwise I may be running for Mayor this next election cycle and we can deal with your *** customer service publicly! Needless to say I walked out and left me groceries on the counter!

I am not receiving my weekly grocery ads

I did not receive my weekly ad for Vons this week, so hopefully you have corrected the problem and I will once again get my weekly ads. Please put me on your weekly distributions for the weekly ad paper.

Long time customer

Deli sold me a 12.99 deli chicken that was raw inside. Refuses to call me back or answer emails. Long time customer of this expensive store. I stay because its convenient but no more this is the last straw

We're is my order

Were is my order, this has happened before they just not delivered and then say that they couldnt deliver it. When they never come I have set outside waiting, I just believe this happened because of a low tip but its all I have some more

Absolutely disgusting behavior toward minorities

We normally shop at Strater Brothers, which we love because of friendly customers service and I always feel welcomed by every employee I meet there. Today, however, I forgot avocados and they were out of Beyond Meat.so I said to my partner let's try Vons they are just across the street. He waited in the car since it was just a couple of things. Let me tell you I wasn't even finished grabbing a shopping handbasket before a Caucasian male security guarding in a neon yellow vest and dark pants and shirt wearing a baseball cap, grey hair and grey beard of sorts popped out of the front office and proceeded to follow me every step of the way from beginning to the cash register. I was so disgusted by this blatant profiling and harassment that I cut my shopping short and got the heck out of there. The manager managed to pop out of the back right as I was walking passed to give me that look I have getting all my life when I apparently walked onto the wrong block or in the wrong place of buisness. You know the ones that wish they could put up a 1960's no coloreds allowed sign. I got the avocados but I am very sorry I gave that company any of my money. I will never shop there again. Horrific experience!

Overcharged for almost all items.

I purchased several Just 4 U items. My receipt showed that I had not received the discount on all of the Just 4U items. Customer Service rep gave me back the overcharged amount. She told me that it was consistently happening. That is just WRONG! Shame on Vons.

I accidentally made a second order thinking the first disappeared.

Hi I accidentally made two orders because I thought the first one was disappeared. I tried to cancel one of them and then it up with a charge for $10 and something. I can't find the one I went to save and use but I should have a complete order entere

Can't check out ebt

JustI couldn't check out online with ebt, a contacted customer service I was put on hold and immediately forwarded to a survey to wonder how my service was. What a nightmare I walked over to the store and 5 out of the 6 items I went for were not in stock. The store says that was almost absolutely Normal. What a horrific body and experience, sticking to Amazon!!

DISCRIMINATION

AFTER PURCHASING MY ITEM, I WAS HARRASHED WELL LEAVING THE RESTROOMS. THE TALL BLOND MALE EMPLOYEE STOOD IN MY WAY AS I TRIED TO RETURN TO THE STORE TO MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE BEFORE HEADING HOME, STATING THAT I HAD BEEN IN THE RESTROOM FOR EONS AND HAD ALL MY 'ITEMS' LAYED OUT. FOR 1) "EONS" IS DEFINITELY BEING DRAMATIC AND WHEN DID A TIME LIMIT GET PLACED ON YOUR PUBLIC RESTROOMS. FOR 2) WHAT "ITEMS"? AND WHY WOULD YOU A MALE KNOW SUCH INFO. I SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER BRIEFLY WHOM WOULD ONLY ALLOW ME TO GO AS FAR AS THE FRONT STORE FRIDGES TO PURCHASE MY DRINK, ALL BECAUSE NY RESTROOM STOP SEEMED FAR LONGER THEN THEY "ALLOWED" NO THANKS!! I WALKED OUT WITHOUT MY DRINK, LOOSING A SALE AND A CUSTOMER. TALL BLOND MALE EMPLOYEE SMELLS LIKE CAT URINE, VERY UNCLEAN AND UNKEPT APPERANCE. VERY RUDE AND TREATS ANYONE WITH A BACKPACK LIKE TRASH. HE NEEDS TO GO!!! ASAP!!

Dangerous items at clearance section

One time that I found a fermented cucumbers jar that was made in Taiwan from Clearance section. I assumed that I got a treasure and happily brought it home. When I opened the jar, it was thick mold growing inside it. The jar must be opened long before in order to cause the thick mold growing. But it was at Clearance section, still good for sale! Just several days ago, I found another treasure. Jägermeister mini liquor bottle. It supposes be 10 bottles inside the paper box. I noticed that one bottle missing. I thought that must be the reason why it is at Clearance section. When I arrived home and tried to take each bottle out of the box. I noticed that my hands had several green, fine pieces of glasses on them. OMG! There were more than 30 very fine pieces of the glass inside the box and almost each bottle had a few pieces of glasses attached to it. Because the glass pieces were very small. I found fine glasses pieces were on my clothes and the floor that I was on. Actually, it is a dangerous item to be on the shelf for sale. I then took the time to call the customer service. I spoke to MJ. She gave me a feeling about it is not a serious matter. I told her that I would like to email the company the pictures about the package and the fine pieces of green glasses. She told me that it is not necessary.

Resolved: Lack of Service

Went to a different store. They just reprinted the gift card for me. Simple resolution without the rudeness from the first store..

In store not delivery. I have two gift cards from Tango that don't scan. I contacted Tango and complained they provided me a phone number that was provided by Safeway for the employees to call and find out how to enter it manually. This is there 3rd store I have had this issue at and the supervisor keeps telling me the same thing like I'm stupid and they refuse to call the number provided. Supervisor at 950 pm store 2039 refused to give me his name. I currently don't have cell service for you to call me back. Email please.
