I had paid for a carry on luggage and agent that help me said my carry on was too big

He made me paid again I pay cash 1200 pesos cash I have always use this luggage as a carry on never had a problem till this day

Requesting refunds for all flight purchases under my husbands name

They refused to accept my husbands Resident Alien card as his official ID /document to travel to Mexico the country he was born in! I want a refund but cannot comunícate with a live representative because all their numbers are bogus numbers, I can never get thru I only get a recording that its a bad number!!

Doble cargo para una reservación mdw-bjx

Compré un boleto para León GTO pero el sistema de Volaris me saco y me pidió volver a entrar la información y el pago el cual se ejecutó dos (2) veces por error... Me dieron dos (2) contraseñas, PGTP6K...y DBRK2... Yo solo compré un boleto pero cheque con mi credit card con. y me dicen que hay dos cargos de $282.30... Por favor que alguien cheque este error y nulifiquen un cargo...es imposible que se me cargue por dos viajes el mismo día y la misma persona...el mismo intinerario... Bad service, they change my flight, after checking my luggage and for not being able to communicate with the company I paid $359.98 for 2 suitcases

Unable to cancel prior to departaure

Unfortunately, there are not a lot of flights out of Chicago to Leon. I feel that the competition is very limited, this is why volaris takes advantage of its consumers. All airlines allow you to cancel your air reservations without issues and as a traveler you are allowed to use the credit for a future date: if you dont have a date in mind. Unfortunately, this airline doesnt work that way; they charge you for name changes and they charge you for changes however, they will not allow you to save the credi!

Missed flight

We missed the flight because of bad cashier information and wrong gate numbers. Other people cancel there flight too. Volaris changed flight gate to A with out informing us.

Costomer

We booked a flight 550 to Puerto Vallarta from Tijuana. I checked in to my fight 2 Day on advance. Hi however if you don't arrive at least 2 hrs in advance to check your bags you pay for in advance the airline is not equipment for service you pay for when you book your flight. We were told I hour before our flight that we could no longer check our luggage only carry on luggage was available. We are a family of 5 2 adults and 3 children under 10 years old. We were never told sorry for the inconvenience. Not one person on a volaris uniform offers a smile or any type of solution. Even a simple "If you come with me maybe we can help sort things out for you and your family". Worst costomer service ever!!

Garbage of a flight company

First of all your line shouldnt be operating. I lost 2 tickets and called customer service and they said I cannot get my $$ back. Second no type of customer service. Third flight is canceled and set up for the following day. I will never fly under this company ever in my life. It was my first time flying w this company but never again

Cancel a flight

No email to notify Wainting on the lane to boarding for one hour 45 minutes I drove for 45 min I pay for parking $30. I spent gas Airplane doesnt pass the rules, how many hours before, no chance to send emails to avoid my trip to lax? My family in Guatemala by bus travel 6 hours to the capital now Im paying for food and hotel waiting for my wife for next day until she arrives Fathers Day party canceled in Guatemala but we payed for everything I payed $800. for the flight without connection and now they gave to me another flight with connection for 7 hours in Mexico I called to this *** company volaris and they said that they cant do it nothing at the beginning, I was using 4 different cell phones to talk with a supervisor and the waiting was for 26, 43, 82 minutes until a supervisor answered and the same sh she said there is nothing to do at the beginning. After all she recognize that they make a mistake. FINALLY THEY GAVE ME A BOUCHER FOR $150. I SAID THANKS FOR NOTHING. I CHECKED FOR A BAGGAGE AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR A BAGGAGE (22x16x10) $182. Round trip. Volaris *** ..

Complaint about a scam!!!!

My son-in-law got on a plane in Mexico City to Contra Rica, after a layover there from Tijuana, My daughter was not allowed to get on the plane in Mexico City on May 3, 2023. She and about 10 other people were not allowed to get on because they said the plane was already met its weight limit. My son-in-law sent a picture showing that the plane was half empty. They would not allow him to get to be with his wife either. I tryied to find out where she was. I couldnt get anybody (CS) to answer so I called Volaris reservations. 888-574-****. A guy named Adrean answered, and he was upset I called because he was only there to make reservations. Then he calls me back that he has someone that can help me with my problem in trying to find my daughter. He said he was rerouting me to extension 1006. Another guy named Ades Wilson gets on the line. This Wilson guy tells me that my daughter was being held by security in Mexico City airport because she did not pay for all her ticket. He wanted me to pay 8320 pestles or about $465 to have her released? He said he did not have the authority to allow me to talk to my daughter in the security section. He kept asking for my credit card number. Just when my son and I were talking to him, I can finally get a call from my daughter saying that she made it to Costa Rica later on another flight about a two or three hour flight later than her husband!!! Having her separated from her husband in the Mexico its airport was bad enough, but then to try to scam me by Valora employees is horrific!!! My poor daughter is terrified of flying, and she always has to be next to her husband to keep her calm during the flights and then this happens to her by your stupid employees. I want to know if you found this employees and punish them the way they should be for trying to scam people through your companies, phone lines

Canceled flight

The absolute worst airline ever. This front desk guy (photo attached below) was rude, literally hreatened us that he was going to cancel our flights since we decided to record him (for our own rights) and we have it on video where he threatened us to cancel. Him along another lady with glasses (attached below as well) said our flight was delayed, and there was no available flights to our destination until in 2 days. This was absolutely bs, because our other half of the family went with another front desk person at the same time and they were ready to board, the same flight was on time. However we got told different. Then we asked for a refund, he gave us the number for Volaris call center, we were calling in front of him on speaker and it was NOT a real number. As he was hearing the call not go through, he was dismissing us and told us to leave. We refused and asked for a supervisor and he lead us to another ignorant employee who was not the supervisor, he kept telling us the same. Then we found the real supervisor and he gave us the correct number. The call went through, and customer service refused to give us a refund because on their end it said the flight was on time. We then told the ignorant employee what customer service said, and he was angry and yelled saying well they are not here present to see that the flight is delayed. We then went with the nice employee who helped our family, she let us know that the other employees were lying and the flight was on time. We ended up checking in thanks to this lady, and the flight was on time. Im absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the way we were treated and disrespected at this airline. I will never be flying with them and so will my family and I. I will also make sure to tell everyone to not fly with this airline.

Find the pain for $500 extra and this flight coming back. Just because they never let me know the paperwork I need to bring back my puppy and is a service dog. they were rude with me. They were not nice and I have a problem. Thats why Ive had the puppy and they didnt even want to take care of me.

Customer Service Not Knowledgeable

On January 26, 2023 I called to make a reservation for a round trip from Chicago to Guadalajara. I asked about also paying for my baggage along with my tickets and Walter the young man that assisted me informed me that I could pay for them at the airport that the charge was 30 dollars. You can check the recording of this conversation and verify what I am saying is true. His first mistake was email me an itinary of a flight which was 16 hours long and my flight was around 4 hours. I insisted he change it and email a corrected itinary. When I arrived at the airport I was horrified to find that I had to pay almost 300 dollars for my small carry on and a checked bag. The young man asked me if I agreed with the charge and I told him no, what was I suppose to do. Also, assigning me the front passenger seat in that airplane does not make it ok to be overcharged for baggage in that manner.

Perdí mi vuelo a fresno ca por demora de un vuelo con conexión Mexico a Guadalajara y destino fresno usa. el día 23 de enero de 2023. Mi equipaje no lo bajaron para entregármelo.. me subieron al otro día 24 de enero de cdmx a sacramento ca. y en cdmx me dijeron que mi equipaje estaba en fresno. Hoy 25 de enero vengo 12 pm al fresno aeropuerto y no hay personal atendiendo q sólo atienden de 9 a 11 pm (de la noche..) yo vivo a 1.20 hrs de fresno tengo q regresar 2 veces gastar tiempo y dinero por que la aerolínea Volaris en USA no puede pagar 1 persona q atienda en horario de oficina estoy decepcionado nunca me había pasado esto.. o por cierto de ida fresno a Mexico 17 de enero, el vuelo tuvo demora 2 horas se debería llamar (vuela con demoras) no Volaris llevo llamado varias ocasiones al costumer service nadie atiende y si entra cuelgan las llamadas quieren que te comuniques con una app (whats up o messenger) imagínense los q no manejan redes.. es una porquería en el servicio me cobraron alrededor de 450 dls de cdmx a Sacramento. Volé con mi esposa a ella 250 dlls. No me dieron ni agua, ni café, ni menos alimentos, el personal estaba comiendo delante de nosostros en un vuelo de cerca de 5 hrs asientos que reclinan 1 centímetro . Pediré que me reembolsen mi dinero al banco el servicio es pésimo y a la compañía que me indemnice y me devuelva lo que pague.. por pasar la peor experiencia de servicio en un vuelo
