Your fans got some of the stupidest design of a plug on the end of it to go in a wall. I have a timer that I am running and have multiple things plugged into it and your plug dont fit with something else plugged up so I would like to make a return so I can go to AC Fendi and get one that plugs in the right way how can I take a picture and show you proof of purchase when you didnt send me no *** papers in the box with it you dumb ***

My 8X4 tent imploded
I was getting ready to take my dog for a walk and all of a sudden my tent imploded and destroying my plants that I only have a month left until I harvest! So dont waste your time and money on these tents because they are junk! I had to replace 2 sets of corner poles before this occurred and they are $35 a piece times 4! Now if I wanted to fix this tent I would have to replace the entire frame because where the poles are welded together they have rusted somehow! So if you want to have to keep fixing things then buy this tent! I also forgot yo mention while I was putting the tent together the corners ripped also! So this tent has been more of a pain in the *** than helpful yo be honest! Buy a gorilla tent and dont waste your money like I did!

Shipped wrong product, never correct it
Don't buy from vivosun, they shipped me wrong product, after calling their customer service for almost a month, still no new shipment received

Substandard options, support of products and customers
Bought cordless item. Additional battery is crucial. Vivosun will not sell additional battery. Total blow off...I will never purchase this brand again. They told me to buy another identical item to get another battery. So item is of very little use. Making it a functional rip off. Patient cell and electric car that only goes 5 Miles after a 6-hour charge that would be inline.

Company will not sell ANY replacement parts for its sprayers
purchased pump sprayer. Accidentally broke a part of the spray wand. Company only sells "complete " products according to the company customer service person. It doesn't sell any replacement parts, at all. So now stuck with a perfectly good sprayer- except for a $5.00 part. One more corporate polluter. If it's broke-throw it out.

Product not working
Fan stopped working, my crop will die. Money will be lost. Is vivosun going to pay me?this item has a faulty controller that will not give me accurate readings. After 2 months, screen turns black and it stops working. Id be better off just standing there and blowing on my plants.

PART FAILED TO REACH ME
I WAS TOLD ANOTHER FAN WOULD BE SENT BUT IT WASNT AND THEN I WAS OFFERED A REFUND OF MUCH LOWER AND I HAD TO COMPLAIN. THEN THE RIGHT AMOUNT WAS OFFERED TO BE REFUNDED BUT THE MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THDONT BUY FROM VIVOSUNEM, CANT BE TRUSTED.

Package never delivered to my home
i never received my package i ordered a 24 * 24 growers tent and the package never arrived on date that it was supposed to arrive i have screen shots of every thing i would either like my item or a refund and i should get half of for inconvenience .

Missing parts for Grow tent
Im missing three pieces to my 5x5 grow tent the Velcro covers for the door and the two bottom vents! I ordered them on Amazon and now I have a tent with missing parts! I appreciate that you said you could send them to me!

Another product that is failing mid-use
Hi, in regards to amazon order: Order # 113-159****-752**** ... I have bought a lot of your products, and many of them you have refunded or replaced due to issues with the product. I would gladly pay a little more for a better quality item... anyhow, this tent had the zipper break mid use, and the floor on it is falling apart and peeling up. Anything you can do for me? this is outside of the return window but in mid-grow.

Broken 4x8 tent out of the pacakage
This will be the 4th tent I purchased from you am currently running a 4x4 and 2 3x3 had a 5x5. As soon as I put the tent over the bars and frame of the build I zipped up everything all the way around and then tried the zip the main door flap but couldnt because theyre isnt enough fabric or material to go around the frame its an almost whole in off. I had my fiends pull it right while I tried to zip couldnt even get it to touch the zipper lining! I payed 200$ for a completely useless to me tent! I cant use this I just want to get my refund if I need to return it plz let me know sooner rather than later bc I will need to get another box bc I could t fit it in the one it came in. Extremely disappointed and just wanting to get my money back. Not sure I would even be interest led in recieving another tent from your company unfortunately after this experience
