Order not received

I ordered tickets and was not able to accept them. When I called no resolution was made, I found out my order was canceled by the seller of the tickets. No replacement was offered for the tickets and no refund was available. Each representative refused to transfer to a supervisor. Will not be ordering from there again.

Customer Service Ineptitude Combined with System Level Incompetence

This company proposes that it is a consolidating site for ticket sales. If that is the case, they should get you your tickets, and allow you to access them on their site. Instead, they have you open an account with whatever site they bought them from. Absurd. Talked to a customer service rep that just kept repeating this to my like I didn't understand it rather than acknowledge that it defeats the point of their own site. Genuinely, if I could have just gone to that other site, in this case, ticketmaster, I would have. The only issue being that I was trying to avoid ticketmaster. Now I need to open a ticketmaster account in order to access the tickets that were sold to me via vivid seats. Why they think this isn't incredibly ridiculous is merely a testament to their own incompetence.

The event was 3 hours away and we never received the tickets until 7 hours before the concert. I contacted them about 10 times before the day of.

After the service fees we're added we paid $420.00 for seats,when we called 10 times 5 emails 6 live chats hours before the concert was to start we lived over 3 hours away,they sent us $39.00 general admission tickets that cost $39.00 won't never use vivid seats again for anything.

Fraud

Bought tickets to Jeff Dunham and the seller my have still sold the same tickets because when I went to the show my tickets were validated so this is fraud and they wont give me my month back. State fair said this has happen before . Dont buy

Bait and switch

When you buy a parking pass for a concert and there there is no garage in the lot that you buy the pass for but then receive a parking pass for a garage in another location that is called bait and switch. All parking passes for garages are labeled for sale so there is no misunderstanding!! Call multiple times to customer support and they were horrible. Had no clue. Can not reach a manager to talk to and they have no ticket # or incident # to reference.

Did not receive barcode

Was denied at the gate. Did not have barcoded so couldn't enter stadium. Called customer service, customer was not able to reach merchant & advised refund for inconvenience.

Missing Tickets

AI bought Morgan Wallen tickets earlier in the day of the concert. Money immediately removed from my account. When I left for the concert I still hadnt received the tickets. The whole hour and a half to the concert I was on the phone with vividseats trying to get my tickets. At some point they said they will give me new tickets cause the original seller wasnt responding. The second set of tickets didnt come through either. At this point Im at the venue and get told there are no tickets available and the only thing they can do is reimburse me the ticket price. At this time its too late to by tickets on any website and our chance to go to this show has been stolen. And we are also out gas money and parking cost. Now I wait for the money to return to my account, 7-10 business days. My husband said to never use vividseats. I should have listened!

Ticket issue

I had an issue with the tickets because they never arrived when they said they would come. But working with the staff later that evening the situation was rectified and I'm truly grateful thank you and I had a great night that night.

Everything went good I am glad I got the ticket's it was easy getting them And if I get tickets again I will go through your website and I highly recommend it

Cancel order

My order has not been refunded back to my account yet. I ended up purchasing twice however the first one charged me the full amount but I went through Klarna which also charged me. The first charge for $247 is fraudulent & I've reported it to my bank. Please correct this problem ASAP

Worst company ever!!!

So my kid was supposed to buy a parking pass for one event right bought two. Oops, no worries kiddo the number wasnt very clear Ill talk to the company this jerk of a customer service agent- IVAN, bashed me for my parenting and letting them do it in the first place. Never EVER will I buy from these guys again!

Im absolutely appalled at the fact that I payed $206 dollars to go to a polo g concert an he was an hour late on stage then performed on stage for 35 minutes didnt say goodbye left the stage fore an intermission an never came back as well as it was hot as crap an I almost blacked out plus people were passing around bad ecstasy in the crowd so people were passing out an getting sick from a bad batch of ecstasy which I was told that by the police officer that came to make sure I was ok when I almost passed out not to mention the cop told me I got jipped an to try an get my money back an Im being refused a refund and to top it all off I paid extra for ticket insurance
