Tired of getting messages at 2:00 in the morning

Getting messages at 2:00 in the morning is getting old, dont mind during regular hours but not during the night and morning hours

Oil not recieved

Order issues

I had an issue with my last order and returned the lavender for credit via your RMA and I have not yet received a shipping invoice FOC to replace the coconut oil that had leaked out during initial shipment. Then received a shipping confirmation that you were shipping a duplicate order of the last order replaced. Its disappointing that I have tried to contact your company several times in various ways and still have not heard back besides an RMA and promise to ship the large fractionated coconut oil. I love your products and have spent quite a bit exclusively with your company and all I receive is many emails to purchase more and to rate your products for you advertising. I am a business owner and understand the importance of customer service and would appreciate a response from your company. Kind Regards, Renee

I received my package today and it was torn open with nothing inside

I can’t get my subscription stopped.

Terrible customer service and quality

Been try to Stop automatic

Customer service STINKS!!! I have called to cancel automatic service several times. Each time I am on hold for over a hour before I give up and hang up! I have sent a cancelation form and have waited for a call back. Which is to be in three business days. I want to continue to use your product! However I want to order as needed. I DONt WANT automatic pay! Please called me at 314-607-**** to resolve this issue!!!

Why am I not getting my $20 off as promised? My order is sitting in the cart right now

I have a $25 gift code. It says on the card "no minimum purchase." It also says "can be used on anything site wide" ..does not list any exceptions. But when I tried to use it I got "code not valid for this type of purchase." The gift card is misleading and it wasted my time.

Recently received product

I have tried contacting the company multiple times, phoned them twice, one day I was on hold for almost an hour, the next time I tried a couple of of days later I was on hold still with no answer for over 45 minutes. I have written emails, and still no response. Furthermore, I used to think Vitality was a good company, some of their oils are great, but having a non-responsive customer service is simply not acceptable

Returning inferior products

This company advertise pure essential oils and sent me therapeutic oils. When I tried to return the 3 separate orders, they sent me to their website, which is impossible to maneuver through. After 25 to 30 minutes wait on the phone I got a hold of a representative and she said she would send me some prepaid shipping labels through an email. I have not received those as of yet. Their products were not pure essential oils. They were diluted down, and I would not order from them again. They have terrible customer service. I also am getting a scamming alert through my virus protector when I click on their email.

I did not see anything about returns would only be issues store credit. This is very misleading and I do not think this is a trustworthy company.

For the public to know how they do business

I was told my product shipped on the sixth and it would arrive soon then I emailed them twice and I got song and dance so They sent me a tracking number. I checked the tracking number it was supposed to be delivered on the 21st wasnt delivered on the 21st. It is now the 23rd and its still not here. I contacted the Utah Better Business Bureau and I contacted the Utah customer service protection to investigate. What the really reality of this company really is I did this on Facebook in good faith I called the one 800 number for customer service. It hangs up here when you push either one or two Im not really sure its a legit company I would go to a different company me and my neighbor did this the same day and theyre giving my neighbor the same song and dance theyre giving me this is why I think there is a big problem its not just one of us. Its two of us with two different addresses.
