Extremely Rude Customer Service

I was inquiring information about a product that I was told to try so I called today 9/9/21. Mr. Michael answered the phone by saying in a harsh tone of voice speak up. I'm an elderly. He then said, I have things to do. I said why are you being Rude, I'm going to hang up. Then I called back to get his name, and hoping that I could find out if they have this product. As I ask he was sooo Rude again like he never herd of the product I was asking about. Finally he called it something very quickly and ended with the name of the product. Then he said, they are out of it. He has no kindness, and no work ethics.

Finally received the box on april 1st, and it was mailed Dec, 9. So The problem was with the ost office.I advised vitaglo..

I received an e-mail from them stating that they received a letter from USPS (postal service) stating that the parcel was transfered to Canada.Post. I asked them a copy of the letter in order for me to make a proper follow-up with the postal service here, but did not received that copy yet after 4 days.

Never received order paid for

Very poor customer service. They lost my order # 100****. I called 5-7 times for follow-up, always the same answers, Ill check and call you back. But they never call back. They event promise once to resend the order but they didnt. I lost near 200$

Right Product, Right Price, Very Quick Shipping

I was worried about ordering from vitaglo.com after reading these reviews, but it did anyways. As opposed to a lot of the reviews here, it was a great experience. I used PayPal to pay. Within two hours of the order I had a USPS tracking number. Shipping was $5.00 on a $70.00 order. Within 12 hours the USPS had received the item and it was on its way across the country. They did not charge PayPal until the product was shipped. Within two days I had the product in my house. It was the correct product for the price they had advertised. Thank you!

Mike Schwartz, owner of VITAGLO vitamin company is dishonest!

I called to inquire about my Ester C vitamin delivery and was told that they were back ordered. When I questioned the time frame he abruptly told me he would return my money and then hung up on me. Make sure you read all the reviews b4 doing business with this moron! He should not be allowed to do business!

RUDE costumer service

I placed my order on 9/16/2019. I should receive it within 7-10 business days. But, did not Receive anything over 10 business days. Called and emailed them to find out the status of my order to no avail. It’s their fault not delivering on time.and showed me the attitude. It is not the way to do business and He needs some schooling in this regard. Unsatisfied customer

Worst Customer Service Ever

Prices are good. But is it worth the horrible customer service? I don't think so. This isn't the first problem I've had with them. I ordered sunflower oil. Two bottles leaked all over everthing. I asked them to send two new bottles. The owner's response: "many of the oil bottles leak we dont send new ones out. thanks mike" Are you kidding me? If you KNOW THE BOTTLES LEAK, why the *** don't you wrap them in plastic bags so they DON'T LEAK ALL OVER EVERYTHING ELSE? This guy is a jerk. I have ordered from them because they are a small company, and their prices are a bit lower. I'm done.

Shattered glass bottle, RUDE customer "service"

Order 978805 placed on Jul 3, 2019 arrived with product code gol0000039 (a glass bottle) shattered and unusable. I called (315) 437-****. In answer a voice blurted the company name (kind of). I was immediately put on hold for maybe 20 minutes. Eventually, the guy picked up again but continued to interrupt me to talk to other people wherever he was in the middle of my call WITH NO APOLOGIES. He was terse, rude, and that's being kind. He hung up on me. I called back. He told ME that I should apologize TO HIM! He hung up again when I told him not to. A third time he hung up yet again. I emailed a response to the order's email. We'll see what happens. The "free" shipping allowed damage to a glass bottle, making it unusable.

Free shipping a scam

Place a $120 order for Aloe Vera juice. 12 days later it wasn't here so I called. Wanted to charge me $20 to ship. Guy was sarcastic and rude. I'm surprised this company is still in business!

WORST COMPANY EVER

ORDERED A PRODUCT ON FEB 3. THREE WEEKS LATER, NO PRODUCT. CALLED VITAGLO & WAS TOLD I'LL GET A CALLBACK. NO ONE CALLED BACK. CALLED THEM BACK IN A WEEK. WAS TOLD MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. IF I HAD NOT OF CALLED THEM, I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT MY ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK. WAS TOLD THAT MY DEBIT CARD WOULD BE REFUNDED. I ASKED WILL IT BE REFUNDED TODAY AND THEY SAID YES. CARD WAS NEVER REFUNDED. A WEEK LATER I REPORTED THEM TO THE B.B.B. AND CONSUMER PROTECTION. 2 AND A HALF WEEKS AFTER REPORTING THEM TO THE 2 AGENCY'S, I GOT A FULL REFUND. SO TWO MONTHS AFTER ORDERING AND GETTING NO PRODUCT, I FINALLY GOT A REFUND. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCOUNDRELS AND CROOKS AS I AM SURE IF I HAD NOT OF GOTTEN THE 2 AGENCY'S INVOLVED, THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT MY MONEY AND GIVEN ME NOTHING. MY ADVICE.....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Amazingly Nasty - Wow!

I am stunned at the way that I was just treated when I called with a question regarding my order! Absolutely nasty to me, told me he didn't care if I ordered again, would not allow me to speak and said that he would not listen to any complaints (I was not complaining at all!), said he would not be threatened (what?? Threatened?) and then he hung up on me! The Vitaglo site says that they ship UPS - they do not, they ship USPS. It says that they ship quickly - they did not even print a shipping label until a week after I ordered and the tracking says "delivered" on the same date that the shipping label was created. (Has not been delivered) Live and learn....don't order from Vitaglo.

Shipped 4 bottles that expired in 2017

I had ordered, in part, 4 bottles of a Curcumin extract and when the order arrived I was shocked to see that they were all from the same lot number which had an expiration date of 11/2017. They said I could return the bottles for a refund, that the product has been discontinued (a total lie I continue to buy it from other sources). The expired bottles were unsalable and any reputable company would either tell you to throw them out and refund you or at the very least pay for the return shipping. Since it was 4 bottles I had to pay the postage to return and they did promptly refund. Selling expired product is unethical. I would never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Be aware #scammers

I purchased a bottle a garcinia. Then a pop up message to order herbal tablets...I only wanted garcinia but had to purchase these other tablets before my purchase was completed. Both arrived but on seperate times, ment to be free shipping but was changed 3.83 for both. 3weeks after I revieved product furthur attempts made to withdraw money. 3 times. The third very significant amount. I never signed up for subscription. Only one off payment totalling $14-$15...now having issues of contacting this horrid place for answers...

Angry customer satisfaction of products horrible service

If you are unhappy with your product you pay to ship it back and only if they agree that there is an issue will they ship you new ones.You better hope you like what you ordered. They do not have a guarantee on their products so it worth it to spend a little more elsewhere to avoid the headache.Mike the owner has zero respect for people and could care less if you spend over a hundred dollars he still will cop an attitude on the phone.If you ask about a shipping label which most ligitimate companies supply you with he gets nasty. Next time I will go through amazon they guarantee all products even third party sellers.If you live out of state plan on not getting your items for 9 days and plan on sons of the items looking like they have been exposed to heat.Instead of just asking for photos of the products that look old I have to pay for shipping and hope they will send me new ones and not the old ones back.What kind of bs is this.They have terrible reviews on many different sites for a reason.Why because mike is a terrible at customer service and has managed to upset many customers.This is unopened and after banging it against my counter to loosen it up this is what it looks like.I have bought this before straight from company and it did not looked stuck to the sides from over exposure to heat.I got 2 like this sent to me.

Horrible, Weird, Unethical

I bought two vitamin supplements. They were supposed to arrive within the week. The shipping ended up being expensive, but I was not in the mood to wait any longer so I ordered it. Two weeks went by and I was leaving for a visit to another state. I called them and asked what was going on. They gave me he runaround but then told me they would send the order to Florida. Again, another week went by and no order. I called them again and they told me they would only send one of the supplements and immediately refund me for the other one as they were out of stock. A week later the order came for one of the supplements (btw the expiration date is only a few months away) but they never refunded my money for the other. I ended up calling them and the guy said, OK I'll refund it today (same thing he said before) I said "by the way I just red all your reviews and they are horrible". They guy then said "stop being abusive". Seriously. so weird. It is abusive to take peoples money and treat them this way.
