Problems with my order received today, and just lost two chat threads

First batch, printed a bit too dark. VP immediately acknowledged the problem, redid it, and shipped it promptly. Received new batch today, which are essentially perfect.

Problems with my order received today,

Business cards were printed too dark, more on one side than the other. After trouble with broken threads on two chats, called customer service and got immediate remediation and shipment of replacement cards.

Wrong info on business cards

The phone number was wrong but they fixed it immediately and did not charge anything! Outstanding!!!

Didn’t do justice to my product

I ordered driving range cards. They had 10 circle punches on them and I drew 15 morning. They just copied and printed what I did. They look bad. I thought they would design the card for me. I could have copied them myself

Error on cards

I ordered business cards on April 18th. I paid $34.99 for early delivery. They were delivered on April 21st. However, only the back was printed and not the front of my cards. I am so upset because I needed them for Friday the 23rd for a fashion show. I sent a picture of the front and back of my business card. WHAT HAPPENED!!!. My original cards were ordered by Michelle Smeltzer in the past. I am in her contacts/records. PLEASE,PLEASE make this right. My order # is VP_X4NBN2CH. My order was $42 with $34.99 early delivery charge and $6.62 tax.Please refund and I will reorder again.

Still haven't received my business cards

I called to speak with someone today regarding my not receiving my cards and the address was provided and the delivery person states that he made an attempt to deliver but honestly he didn't. if he had any person in the building would have told him where the cards were being delivered. He or she was simply lazy. Then called to speak to a represented and she proceeded to be little me by the need to make a point about the suite number not being added to the order. Again, the delivery person only needed to walk in the building and would have realized he was at the right location.

No complaints, I dont have any info from anyone to complain about. Just want to place an order for cards to market my invention.

Quick to take your monies don't care if you get the product!!! I immediately check the address after completing purchase. seen it didn't take apartment number i quickly made them aware not a hour

later but immediately after completing purchase. Vista Print did not take the time to make correction. Whoever the warehouse clerk is sorry lazy. If I can avoid using your service, I will... sad bad customer care/service

Order not delivered

Dear Sir We ordered the envelopes from Vistaprint approx. one month ago. Our order number is VP_TBBKD8LG. We have not received our order till now. noone has ever reached out to try to solve the issue, or apologize! I've done a lot of business with these people for a long time and I will not tolerate that kind of treatment. They just now went to send me an email after all this time and say is the pissed customer?...

i am nit sure what all of that was typed in there but I didn't really appreciate the representative trying to talk over top of me I'm not shutting her mouth and listening. She was very rude and I was trying to explain to her and tell her and then she tried to tell me that I was getting upset and act like I didn't know what I was talking about when I absolutely did this is not my first time ordering from you guys, and she was trying to tell me how to get to it when I was trying to explain to her I didn't want to be cut off, so I prefer not to deal with her ever again actually and then with taxes and everything it put me right back into where I was previously they said next time I ordered with taxes and everything that it should not be more than $20. I was trying to explain to her that it wasn't just going to be with just a discount code was going to be with taxes and everything and she didn't want to hear that so I did not place the order thanks. Maybe you should teach her some manners

They did nothing to fix the problem in over two months

They keep giving me the runaround. And say they are working on it. Their ad is Absolutely Guaranteed every time, any reason or we"ll make it right and that's a lot of bull. I have been with this site since 2011 and have never seen anything like it. God the time I spent on the phone and chatting and the same thing over and over again. I begged them to get it fixed. WOW What a nightmare I wouldn't wish this on my worst emenany Walter Whitfield owner of a nightmare
