Student forgiveness
I was enrolled in Virginia college and later had car problems. I applied for the student forgiveness and was told I was accepted until I got denied on trying to purchase my first home because of this issue. Can you please assist me in getting the settled or forgave?

I was over charged by Virginia College they overcharged me and they kept most of my Grant refund money, my student loan money that was due to me and they over charged me and I'm stuck in Debt as a disability student also with non Accredited classes ..I heard that it was a class action law suit against Virginia college but when I contact the Attys they tell me they are not accepting in more clients but certain clients ..and I lost money and was overcharged and I can't use any of my Non accredited classes for any college credits..

Ridiculous college
Attended this school in 2018 and had everything finished. All I needed was something to say I graduated in 2019 and they closed their doors and STILL expected me to pay them when I had just done all that and had nothing to show for it. I had to BUY my transcripts from an Alabama warehouse even though I went to school in Jacksonville Florida and had to waste more money because of them. They arent getting a cent because this is ridiculous.

Incorrect transcript/records
Learned that My records from the college are wrong and there is no recourse available since the school has been closed. I have transcripts but if I want more paperwork I will have to pay for them, this is ridiculous.
