My voucher was hacked

we had a voucher for Christmas but could not do the experience as it was in London and could only use it in the week due to us working we exchanged it in march to use when we had a special occasion it was a thecookaway .com which is a meal for two so I tried last week to book it as its my birthday on 15 august and I have had a message back to stay the voucher was used on the 17 of march I have asked where it was sent to with a tracking number but the company will not say what has happen there was still some money left on the voucher and I ordered some chocolates and a pork scratching pack which I have never received and virgin took more money of me for the pork scratching last week and I have had no email about that purchase

My voucher is not working

Problem with booking

It would have been very helpful when booking the voucher to say the experience was only Saturday and Sundays. This experience finishes 23rd September and we need to give 14 days notice of booking. Any chance we can book it for next Saturday as that is the only time we both have available, as like i said it wasn't stated that it was only Saturday and Sundays. Unhappy and disgruntled! Regards Muriel PS please let me know about booking for next Saturday.

Voucher Dissatisfaction

I was treated to a clear case of BAIT AND SWITCH by this company. I purchased an experience and when I went to claim it it was no longer available. The experience had moved to a distant location and they refused to offer a refund, saying my date had expired. This was a gift for my boyfriend and I am embarrassed and disgusted. Customer service was no help at all

Is impossible cont any one in Virgin and in the restaurant I was tray to make a Reservation

I tray to make a Reservation for my husband birthday de 22 of July no one answer the phone in the restaurant, tray by the web page and dont let me to and now I cannot use the voucher for and any other experience.

0 Customer Service

Shame there isn't a 0 rating - 0 Customer Service. I redeemed a gift voucher to use at a restaurant last night - the restaurant contacted me the day before to say that they were unable to redeem it their end and I needed to contact VE to sort out the problem. I tried via - Live chat (11am) - where Kameryn promised to sort out the problem - didn't happen. I tried email - no response - Whatsapp - no response. The restaurant (who are obviously VE's partners - so you would think more important to them) also tried email - no response. So it would appear that VE only care about taking money from people, but not providing the actual activity. I have now redeemed a voucher that is now completely useless. Shame on you VirginExperience

Unable to get my questions answered; tried to use my voucher before it expired but said it had expired; unable to get an extension on line;

Nobody to actually speak to; queries not answered by drop down box queries; my voucher had not expired when I tried to redeem it and now it has expired and I cannot get an extension!!! Extremely frustrating!!

Awful customer service

Trying to combine a previous experience and a gift voucher. Not allowed to use a gift voucher with my employers discount - so I can use the discount code if it was cash but not when it's a gift voucher?? It's all money? Customer service would take days between emails. I paid via a link to pay the difference which was over £100 but then didn't hear anything for days. After chasing they said my voucher would be posted out ...but I hadn't supplied any postal address???. Stop trying to save money and outsource your customer service to another country (getting email replies at 1am) and pay for a service you can actually call and speak to someone. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I wouldn't use it if I hadn't had a gift voucher I had to use.

Mis-sold experience that cannot be used and no customer service

I booked a rooftop walk for my two lads (aged 10 and 11) as the virgin page stated that U16s must be accompanied by an adult. When I tried to book it turns out that u16's are not allowed at all. I attempted to raise this with Virgin but their A.I. chatbot will definitely NOT be taking over the world and they don't have telephone customer services. If they ever do get back to me I will be surprised and if they fail to rightfully reimburse me then I guess all I am left with is legal action. Not impressed.

Evoucher not received also no confirmation received

Placed order on evening of 31st May . Have not had confirmation or the E Voucher come through to me on my e.mail Lyn.mason@***.co.uk The order number is #792**** I need the EVoucher by tomorrow as its my grandsons birthday .
