I have just renewed my subscription and deleted a number of videos from my library. I am attempting to upload a short video. I am given a message: "you ran out of your limit/upgrade your subscription." What? Deleted more than twenty minutes of footage, but can no longer submit a ten minute video? Absurd.

Erratic acceptance of PayPal for payment when renting videos. Pushing issue to PayPal instead of resolving glitch in their system. Passive email responses. Impossible to connect with anyone at their customer service number

Sigyn up for 30 free days of dog TV. After 3 months of searching trying to figure out how to cancel, while being charged $25 per month. I finally was able to dig and find out that Dog TV was a side company of Vimeo OTT. Dog TV makes it seem so simple, to cancel through Amazon. I signed up with my Amazon fire stick. Long story short, Amazon has no record of me having any subscription with dog TV through them. Although, the only way for me to cancel is through Amazon. Dog TV has zero way of getting in touch with them. They have anemail address, but no one works it or answers it. Once I was able to tie together that Vimeo OTT was dog TV, I got a phone number that was total BS it was a cell phone number that no one answered, obviously. Then I ran into pissed off consumer.com And they gave me a second phone number. I called that number, and after going through 10 to 15 minutes of the automated system, I was hung up on.
