Inquiry about my gift card

I was given a gift card in Jan 2020, then Covid arrived and I put the card away because I couldn't use it. I found it a couple of days ago and it expires on 31st Aug 2023. I would like Village to extend the expiry date as I couldn't use the card for a long time.

Gold class expired tickets

How hard does it have to be to get someone to reply in person on the phone. Terrible service Can someone please reply in person. I have tried everything to reach you.

Nowhere to book Companion Card tickets online. This is an access and inclusion issue which needs to be addressed. Most companies have a phone number to call to book these types of tickets.

It is not easy for people with a disability to just head on down to the cinema and speak to one of the friendly cinema staff to resolve ticketing issues in regards to a Victorian Govt Companion Card. This card entitles the card holder to have their carer attend with no extra payment required. Not making this type of ticket easily accessible is ironic to say the least. It is an access and inclusion issue!! Most companies these days are becoming more aware of these issues, but Village seems to just be making things harder!! Have to go now and bundle my mother, who has had a stroke into the car to go and buy our movie tickets!!

Total let down

Purchased 2 gold pass tickets for Karingal. Clearly they were short staffed one young man on his own in the bar dud a brilliant job. We ordered our meal 45 minutes into the movie no food, frustration set in so my friend went to check he was confronted by the manager in tears saying we are short staffed you may not get your food. We were lucky to get some food after an hour however we didn't get out deserts. So we at least had something but to our horror we found a line up of people who didn't get any food and therefore were waiting for a refund. It was disgusting to think people pay good money for Gold Class for this to happen. The lady refunding the money was very apologetic and promised to send tickets to make up for it. That never happened so in summary I'll NEVER go back to Karingal again!!!

Cant get verification code to log in

Thanks to POC the phone number provided answered my call. Village support team advised that bigpond.com emails are being rejected & they're attempting to resolve the issue. Advised to add phone no at sign-up was recommended as an alternative to receive the verification code at Log-In-done Waiting for yet another verification email or text to attempt yet another login!

Login Village Rewards

After at least 6 attempts to log in to my rewards account, I have not received one verification code. Trying to get assistance is impossible. The point of contact responds as a pre-recorded message that just sends you back down the rabbit hole. No offered help via Online Chat Zero response. Very cheesed off!

Lift out of action at Fountain Gate for over a week, how are people with mobility issues suppose to see your movies?

Have been trying to book tiks online for over a week but every time l log on it tells me the lift is out of action! My person is in an electric wheelchair so theres no other way for them to get to the cinemas. Have tried calling, rang out or l received an automated voice which was no help at all then hung up on.

Tickets confirmation

Didn't send me confirmation when I bought tickets. Called the number on their site and it led nowhere. Called the second number on here and was able to rectify the situation. Their website really needs an update, literally charged me and still didnt send my tickets. Happened to a friend as well just yesterday. Will be telling him about this number.

I have about 26,000 Points and was only notified yesterday to use 21,000 by the 1st of aug I am asking you to give me a bit more time which I dont think is unreasonable

Sent to wrong cinema. With4 kids, was told bad luck wait for next session even through there were seats galore in the movie we were sent to instead of the right movie we wanted to see. M City hopeless

Told to go cinema 2 to watch Transformers at 1pm and then after previews and starting movie we realised we were told wrongly. Then went back to staff at M City, Clayton. to say ok. You told us wrong I have 4 kids now watching Indiana Jones, ( not what they wanted to watch) can they just keep watching that movie then we will watch the one we came for and paid for. No we couldnt do this even though they sent us to the wrong cinema and to watch the wrong movie. Who is right and wrong??I feel the cinema should of left the kids to finish the movie they were in, as it was Scarlets fault we were told the wrong cinema and the kids missed the start of their movie cause of this. A normal manager would of straight away saw their wrong doing and made it right. Not M City. Manager, she needs to grow up, get your act together, life is not cottontails.

We were perpetrated against by the staff there - hire some mature people

Staff allowed another patron to threaten and abuse us - they refused to make us feel safe and once we realised that they had personally placed us in the wrong cinema they refused to refund our money and stated they would call the police. We are older people and felt talked down to and disrespected and the service was unconscionable, thus caused us great grief, we did eventually get a refund but our anniversary celebration was ruined. Where are the mature staff - gold class run by teenagers causing good people grief with their poor decision making

Refund did not process because you have an old card on my account

I was not refunded the tickets I just bought properly from the Boise village Cinema. The refund amount should have been 48.78. I tried to update my card on your app, but it did not allow it. So I used my new credit card to purchase tickets to see Transformers. Unfortunately, I accidentally cancelled the tickets and then had to repurchase them. It took about an hour to buy 4 tickets from this theater. But to make matters worse, your system has refunded a card that does not exist anymore and thus was declined. Cause I’m not getting reimbursed

Im disabled so I have a companion card. But I accidentally purchased two tickets to gold class now Im asking for a reimbursement but no I cant get the money back $45 Mind you and Im on a pension
