Missing order of Blue St St Dragonfire Ring

I have ordered several items in the past and had great service, shipping time and quality products. However, this last order was extremely difficult. I am still missing the ring. 1. Due to too many pop up ads within the site whilst trying to get the discounted item, I gave up and tried next day. 2. Not able to use/apply either of two discount coupon codes at checkout 3. It took me a few days and an email back from CS to get it right. 5. On May 23, I ordered a Viking Drinking Horn with stand for $19.99 and a Blue, SS Dragons Breath ring - size 6 for $28.99. A 15% discount was applied, and shipping was added at $6 4. Having paid $48.63 via PayPal, I thought it was processed securely and waited for its arrival. 5. On Sunday, May 29, late in the afternoon, a box with a small label in tiny-print arrived. Only the Viking Horn & stand were in the box, NOT THE RING. Both were for our First Anniversary! 6. I waited to see if the ring was possibly shipping later, but no. 7. I called, sent three emails with details and screenshots of order and payment from PayPal. 8. Its now June 8. Ive called again, and am now writing this explanation or review, but havent heard anything from the Viking Support team or department yet. 9. I get constant email ads, and notice of the new, improved website, but theres nothing from Support team. 10. I JUST WANT MY RING! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!

Missing order

I ordered a drinking horn and a blue dragon ring and paid $48.63 for both with applied discount, however, only received the drinking horn. Ive called, left details, sent three different emails including pix of purchase and order/item numbers from PayPal, so Im not sure why I havent heard back from your customer service or about you sending me the missing Blue Dragon Ring $19.99. Unfortunately, Ive been reading some Very Upsetting Review regarding this lack of support from you. All my other orders have been shipped with no problem, so Why is this not happening? It was for our First Anniversary.

Have yet to receive product

I placed order for 2 ri gs Jan 7, 2021. I wanted them for Valentine's Day. It's now St. Patrick's Day and I've yet to receive. Please do not waste your time and money with this company. I am out almost $42. but apparently there are others who have lost more.Don't do it!!!

I’m pissed

Im very pissed because I order my stuff in a timely manner and also put a overnight shipping on it and its saying its not going to get here until Wednesday 30th. When I was Expecting it to be here today September 25th. If its not going to get here today yall can keep it and send me All of my money back!

No product/scam rip off

They took $146.19 for a sterling silver bracelet bought On may 18th withdrew funds on the 19th for silver wedding anniversary Its September 25 still no bracelet no return on multiple emails and phone states not using it during pandemic have filed a claim w/ Federal trade Comish.and filing law suit against them

Never received my dog cuddly beds

It has been 30 days since I placed this order #CB1027 for two small dog beds. I paid for this through PayPal For $69.98 & have started a dispute claim #PP-D-8419**** on 9/14/20 With PayPal. I still would like to receive the Dog beds please. Please send me an email letting me know what is going on with my order, thanks

Poor customer service

I placed an order for 3 bandana masks and another mask on 5/29/2020. I was sent a notification on 5/30/2020 that my items were shipped. I have not gotten any updates since that date. I emailed them twice to complain. The first time they sent me the same link showing now updates since 5/30/2020... the second time I complained and said I did not plan on buying from them again and want a refund on S&;;;;;;;H since this is clearly outside of the 20day extended window they mention (3-5 days processing & 10-15days shipping).... I received a returned e-mail telling me the email no longer exists. I went to plug the info into UPS and it said the information doesnt exists... needless to say I am less than happy

Terrible company

I ordered $150 worth of stuff from them on April 10, 2020. My order was slated to arrive by May 4th and I even paid a little more for slightly expedited shipping. Today is May 15th and my items are all still in China, moving from one regional sorting center to another. One even left the sorting center and came back to the same sorting center 2 days later. Another has been sitting in the same sorting center since mid-April. I have emailed the company asking them what is going on. I received "ONE" automated response saying to please allow 24 - 48 hrs response time. It has been a week and still no response. I have emailed them at a few more times at different email addresses and still nothing. They are misleading and list themselves as a US company based in Portland OR, but everything comes from China and the Better Business Bureau cannot locate or contact the business.

Not receiving other and no response

I ordered a mask on Sunday and paid the high shipping for fast shipping should be overnite or couple of days but have not received it yet and no response to emails not very happy with them right now

Please never buy from them

Item was two months late so could not be used as a present. Tried to cancel and/or get a tracking details but they studiously ignored every attempt to contact them. The item finally arrives and guess what? It is broken and now begins six weeks more of the ordeal. Photos sent - no contact so I have to get Paypal involved (who dont really seem to care) They decline to give me a refund unless I send the item back to SERBIA even though it came from China - while is not advertised anywhere on their website. £10 later I send the item tracked and now they are now claiming they havent received it. They have also now removed all of my comments on their social media, blocked me and refuse to answer any emails. Nothing would make me happier than to see you good people save your money and put these fraudulent clowns out of business.

Stay Away

They have a promotion going where if you spend over 80 you get a free gift. I wasnt planning on spending that much but i liked one of the necklaces that was free so i added another item to get over the 80 mark. I received my order but it had no packing slip or free necklace. I have emailed the company many times and tried reaching out via the chat on there website but have not heard back. It has been a month since i notified them about this. I realize im complaining about not getting something that was free but i wouldnt have spent the extra money in the first place if i would have known.

Buyer Beware...

I bought the more expensive "Bifrost Viking Wooden Watch with Helm of Awe Viking Symbol with Engraved Die in Battle &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Go To Valhalla Saying.. They sent me a cheaper watch and Customer Service will not return my e-mails... I got ripped off............

Scam Buyer Beware!

I ordered two of the Viking King Chain Necklace with Mjolnir and Two Runic Beads because I didn’t know which size my boyfriend would need. I received two chains with runic beads but neither had the Mjolnir pendant on either one!! I’ve emailed them numerous times and they DO NOT respond. I am pursuing further action with my credit card, the BBB and FTC. This company is a sham!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Chinese fake......

you may find same items in Aliexpress, even cheaper! also, many items are just chinese fake, crude quality(although it's cheap), and their customer service is so bad. they check&respond mail so slowly. you may find genuine one in Etsy(especially Pendant or Accessories, I recommend Berloga Workshop in Etsy). although it's expensive, It worth.

Buyers Beware!!!

I ordered a bracelet from this company on the 2nd November and it still hasn't arrived, now the 21st Jan 2019 Customer service very poor at best and still no sign of the bracelet or refund. I thought it was the Vikings who pillaged, not Vikingbrand! I will be persuading a civil claim against this business, if they exist
