Driver is rude and unprofessional.
Today's ride with uber made us to wait 30mins on the road, cold climate along with two kids. Cab driver kemp and cab number is 4504 swit dezire. Driver is very rude, misbehavior. He is not coming to pickup location, where we're waiting with languages. Simply rude and unprofessional. Went away 100 metres from us, and asking to come down to his car. He don't have mask, looks like drunken. This is what the experience we had with uber service today. Liar Rip Off *** Artist
I contacted Mr. Kumar to take some family photos. He was pleasant on the phone and gave me a quote for package which included his travel, 2 Hours of photographers time, and 50 photos including retouching. The guy came an hour late, rushed through the photos in half an hour and provided the worst photos that I have ever seen in my life!. My 2 year could've taken better photos! I advise everyone to absolutely stay away from this company. He literally ripped me off and I have no recourse as I had to pay upfront. Unfortunately it's not enough money to take to small claims court otherwise I would be there. There's no way a judge would think this was anywhere near professional!

Canvas palette Mississauga poor quality Wasted money
I bought a wagjag coupon for 3 wrapped canvas pictures, sent them to Vijay and they were sent to me. Vijay was very good with responding to emails and answering all of my questions. Once I received my order I was SO disappointed. My 3 black and white photos looked like 3 black and gray photos, I can't even use them. They look several shades darker than what is on my computer. They are unusable : ( I contacted Vijay and explained my situation, he was pleasant but refused to redo them, I'd have to pay. I was very frustrated and felt like I got ripped off. I don't understand how my photos could look one way and I get sent these dark dreary prints that I cannot use. I told Vijay I felt that I was not getting proper service because I did buy an online coupon and he didn't say anything. Wasted money. Very disappointed....
