Refund for a mistake / solved .

I had been scrolling down to checkout all the cool doo dad's they had for each subscription. I guess somehow i or a glitch subscribed to annual but I always subscribed monthly they were more than kind apologetic and gave me 4 different options I was happier than ever . I'm glad the mistake happened. Exceptional co.pany . Thank you for all the bonuses

Refund dispute

I have always been a member of veiwbug I really enjoy wat I do . I am in the top 10 % for the last 2 months and I had an error somehow . I have always chosen monthly payments. I did indeed see and review the annual membership but I would not be able to afford. I was contacting you to let you know I never agreed with the purchase. But yet I found out I did through email and was shocked it accepted the annual payment. I know you can go monthly under a different column . Please refund the purchase as I did not accept this amount or annual membership and change to remembering for one year charged monthly . I just paid you last week?

Cancel subscription

I have tried to contact you since I saw another $36 charge to my account for an annual subscription that I dont want and cant afford. As you can see, I have not opened my account in years. I am not going to use it. I have been unable to contact anyone via the email you provided to ask that you cancel this subscription. Please do so and I would appreciate a refund to my account of the $36 you withdrew. I am in my 70s and live on a very fixed income budget Its hard enough to deal with the increased costs of food, gas and rent, and I dont use your product. Please do the right thing and refund my money.

Keep being asked for email when you already have it.

I keep getting a notification that I need to update my email. My email is jnlobianco@***.com, which is already listed on my profile. I put in that email and it says you already have it listed, so why do I keep getting this notification...And I don't get any notifications anymore about being a contest finalist or challenge winner.

Missing photos and awards

On view bug my name is happyglen and after my initial complaint viewbug has addressed the issue and have only partly fixed the issue because not all of my awards are showing.

Deleted photos
