Poor service

The shower tray arrived days late and without feet. No number to ring to complain. No alternative. Expensive mistake to use them

Faulty item

The upright profile of the Arezzo shower enclosure I ordered is bent. The damaged goods form tells me my order is still with VB and there is no way to communicate with customer services directly. Only option to leave a message and wait 2 days. This is hopeless. My plumber will have to move onto another job and I will have an unfinished bathroom. Very frustrating servicepro

Shocking delivery service

Do not order from Victorian Plumbing! I have had a catalogue of disasters, in the main, due to their holy incompetent courier company, DPD. 1) Initial delivery of WC arrives - box is battered and split, despite being marked fragile, and is deposited upside down. Driver was quite happy to drop it at my door and run - no wonder, as of course the toilet was in pieces. 2) Then ensued a series of emails to Victorian Plumbing - of course they don't give you a phone number, so everything is done on email and it takes them 3-4 days to respond. Their chatbot is more than useless. 3) A date was agreed to deliver a replacement toilet and collect the broken. DPD ignored the agreed date (where we would have been at home), but decided to dump the new product on the front lawn with no-one to receive it. They were not able to collect the broken toilet as of course no-one at home...AND they reported back to Victorian Plumbing that 'the customer advised there was nothing to collect'..???!!! Blatant lie - who did they speak to...the cat? 4) More emails sent to Victoria Plumbing and I receive one from them, to say that as I have not been in touch (??!) they are closing the case. More emails from me. 5) A new date finally agreed for collection of broken toilet. I have taken another day of work...and they have not appeared. Worse still, the tracking link takes me to the DPD site and it states, 'the customer advised there was nothing to collect'. What the actual...! So unless Victorian Plumbing change their courier supplier (I'm guessing DPD offered the cheapest tender), buy your products elsewhere...and Victorian Plumbing, get a grip on your customer service offering and have the decency to give out a phone number.

Cannot get any response for Victoria plumbing

Had a damaged vanity and basin for 3 weeks now! Sent endless emails about getting a refund and getting the items uplifted! This was meant to be done on Wednesday, couriers never appeared, had to take a day off to accommodate this uplift and no one has contacted me, been an absolute nitemare with this company, I just want it sorted

No reply via email faulty product

They sent me chipped tiles x5 , sent 1 replacement which is also chipped amd now no reply via email, terrible service . I supplied evidence I just want to finish a kitchen for an elderly lady who is also not happy

Product received was faulty

Received my order which was made on the Sunday morning at 7.15 am paid 39.99 for next day delivery didn't receive till Tuesday so not next day delivery goods received were faulty emailed and had a response 24 hours later and offered replacement so happy with customer service

Tracking not working online. Ordered tiles last Tuesday and not received yet

Ordered tiles last Tuesday 6th June. Unable to track on website. It is saying my order no. Is invalid. I cant speak to anyone on the phone! Other plumbing companies delivered my orders within a few days last week. Not impressed.

Disappointed

UK's largest online bathroom retailer - Victorian Plumbing. Well, my experience isn't one of those 4* unfortunately. Somebody recommended them as they deliver pretty fast, not in my case. First of all, upon placing the order I find out that express or any 'speedy' delivery isn't an option for me even though it advertises as next day delivery, which I understand, living in Highlands there is no 'next day' delivery option. That's fine. When I asked member of customer managing team (oh don't you try to ring them, its just simply impossible to talk to anybody over the phone which is frustrating!) when I could expect delivery to arrive or pay extra for sooner delivery they can't help or provide with any information whatsoever about this - delivery between 2 to 10 working days,that's it. Secondly, as largest UK's retailer communication is just simply not there. A customer service member rang after I placed the order and informed me they only have 3 boxes of tiles I need, the rest will arrive at later date but hey, we can now pay extra for express delivery for those tiles they have available, so we did. Now there is an express delivery option to my postal address? Great I thought! Or perhaps I shouldn't have been that excited as yet. Looks like they might be confused. Anyways 3 days later order hasn't arrived. I'm thinking : ''what's going on? Let's get in touch with another member through chat option '' which by the way isn't great. It keeps on disconnecting so you find yourself explaining the same thing over and over again to different people. I got there finally only to find out my order isn't arriving! Why? Well, they only have 1 box of the tiles! Not even 3! I mean, come on! The largest retailer? 1 box of tiles? And that isn't arriving either I was told. So so disappointed and frustrated with the chat people who can't or don't want to help. You ask for order number but can't you find it if I give you my details? Don't ask me to look it up in my emails! I don't want to be disconnected again! Please do your jobs and help those customers as the chat thing isn't working! Especially when you have busy life and can't keep your phone going into sleep mode so you can stay connected! Let's not mention the builder who is waiting for the tiles to arrive before he's off for another job. Doesn't look like I will be choosing this company again. 1 off experience. Thank you.

*** awful customer service! It’s impossible to speak to someone. Constantly redirected to a robot. If you manage to find the telephone number, as I did, you get “call failed”.

I bought a sink on Friday. Paid for next day delivery. Its now late on Tuesday and it hasnt arrived. Ive sent several irate messages, and still, nobody has responded. (Unless you count automated messages) its has delayed the process of fitting my kitchen. Please never use this company if you want to preserve your sanity!

Dear Customer Service Team The Cruze shower package comes with a triple concealed thermostatic shower valve with built in diverter control. This no longer closes the water coming off from the shower as the control just goes around and around without clicking off. This package comes with a 5 year guarantee. Can you please send me a replacement valve asap. Many thanks for your help Eva Farace
