Delivery
My wife has been in all day waiting for the order o45pibrw. It was supposed to have arrived appx 1215 today and even got a text saying it would be here at 1132hrs. This order still has not arrived and the time now is 1430hr. On checking the status of the order i can see that my delivery stop is number 17 out of 26. It does not tell me what stop they are at now. I wish i never bothered ordering from you and will let the internet know of your abysmal service by leaving a really low review. Hard to contact etc etc.

I have been trying to contact victoriaplum to obtain a replacement shower screen handle which has rusted and is part of a shower-bath supplied product sold five years ago however as noted elsewhere it is difficult to raise any human only than their idiot bot. The full part ref is BOS1585L6, 1700x850 Original description. Orchard L shaped left-handed shower-bath with 8 mm shower screen and rail. I accept that any product that mixes with water will not survive long term but 5 yrs?

Faulty Tap
Hello, Made an order on the 28/01/23 which included a Mode Spencer round gold basin tap. I have only just installed the item but have found that it is leaking around the handle at the back. Woke up to find water in the vanity below. I have photos of this fault and the order reference number is xymiz0nb. Why is it so difficult to contact the company for anything other than standard returns!
