In order to use the purchased tickets for the Ultra Europa festival event, the data on the ticket must match the ID of the person entering. Or have a photo of the ID of the person on the ticket. We received this information from the organizers of the event. My order number 51621****. The participants are to be: Ariel Galewski and the second ticket for Elzbieta Loboda. Unsatisfied response from viagogo
Viagogo responded to my 1st reView on how frustrated and discomfort i was on buying their tickets. They said it will send the ticket on 17 jan 24 while the d-day of the coldplay concert in the phils is on 20th day. Y cant they send me now my ticket cause i already paid it in full. Y prolonging the agony of consumer for not having their ticket.. either u send me now my valid tickets or refund in full my money that way i can sleep well.. i felt u rip off my hard earn money they said it can be resell, my thinking it will just complicate things passing the burden to other people.. just send me the ticket now or refund me in full, that will considered a fair..

Viagogo needs to go all out for customers in selling their tickets, it has been a long time since i posted my tickets there and still no response, and no notifications of any sort whatsoever, i am so disappointed in the service department, tickets are not meant to stay posted on the ticket sale for a whole month or two(2) Months.

We have heard stories that people buy from Viagogo and when they get to the event the tickets are FAKE. And some stories are successful and they've entered the event with no problem...

Hello, I bought a few days ago tickets for a concert and I bought 3 tickets but when I went to review the receipt it said that I only bought 2 seats. I purchased 2 tickets from Viagogo platform last Sunday for Coldplays concert in Taiwan. Was curious about this platform and went in to read Viagogos reviews. I was shocked!!! So many complaints regarding their unethical business techniques!!! Tickets that does not exist!!! I was very worry and I found out,theres no sitting numbers given to me too! I tried to contact Viagogo via emails and Twitters,no respond. I even tried to call Kaohsiung Stadium but,no one pick up. Very devastated right now cause Im from Malaysia and I have to put on hold booking of my flight ticket and accommodation UNTIL Im being assured Viagogo are not scammers and my tickets to Coldplay concert is valid! I really need some assistance here and this is my first purchase at Viagogo platform. Please help me to resolve my query and worst of all,I really dont want to miss Coldplays concert. Thank you.

I have not received my 700 pounds
I plead with you at headquarters to get involved with my purchase and resale please . I have been struggling for months to get my money back after 18 attempts and phone calls I am still without my 700 pounds . I purchased two tickets to the Adele concert for July 2 2022.I live in the US and I was not able to travel during that time due to unforeseen circumstances.I call Viagogo and they told me I can refund the tickets or resell them as they have not yet become available.I resold them viagogo found a buyer and gave me the buyers details. I was then informed I need to download the AXS app to receive and transfer the tickets to the buyer .I chatted to Rachel hi iMessage and she confirmed that she received the transfer of the tickets .I took this same evidence of communication and shared it with Viagogo . I was reminded that tickets need to be transferred to the buyer by June 25th .This email came through June 17th I called Viagogo to notify them I have not received the tickets of which then I was told download AXS app.I was asked to send screen shots which I did only for the tickets to arrive in my AXS app on the 21st of which I immediately notified the buyer Rachel who confirmed she received the tickets . I received an email confirming my case has been escalated .On the 26th of June I received an email saying my order will be cancelled by 1pm how can it be cancelled if I have confirmation from the Rachel buyer . style="background-color: To date I have not received a call or an email or any form of communication from your team . This was not the experience I was expecting when going into business with your organization.I am appalled at the customer service and standard of communication at this time .
