Not pissed just want to know if return shipping is free

Not exactly what I wanted and I have tried to call several times to see about returning but have only gotten a message saying that you are closed at this time. Defective product

I purchased a portable gazbo canopy . It arrived with *** /tear on the seam on the top cover. Contacted several online chats & emails. The customer service department said I should pull out a needle & thread and sew it! If I tried it'd tear more. This is ridiculous! All I want is to get a replacement top or Full refund. No one has contacted me with shipping label nor any other solution except fix it myself! VeryVERY FRUSTRATING!! i have sent order# & picture of defective product. Is there no one to make this right? Can't write a review, website state company is not taking reviews . Is this company a SCAM ??

HeatPress

After only 6 months, my heat press started overheating and smoking. It became a huge safety hazzard and VEVOR customer service has done NOTHING! (And its still under warranty!)

Trying to get help from Vevor after spending $1,658.00 for a commercial Ice Cream Machine with NO assistance

I purchased a commercial ice cream through Amazon, the directions are not written in laymans language and you have to quest at what they are stating. NO USA technical support center to assist you in working through the issue. The machine sprung a leak,which caused the machine to fail. I have been trying to get someone to help me to no avail. I am hoping to hear from a Vevor rep so that I can get a machine replacement since I have not been able to use it for a month now. Theresa

Vevor 30-Day No-Hassle Returns is a SCAM!

I ordered a light brown and two gray marine rugs. I received a pinkish and blue rugs instead. I've requested Vevor to send me return mailing labels for three rugs that I do not want due to the color not as described which I've been getting the run around for two weeks. I've been on multiple Vevor Customer Service phone calls, online chats, and emails through my personal email and through their website. I had to upload a photo of the rugs, which was difficult to do, but I manage to finally send photos to Vevor. I had one representative state I was getting a full refund and not to worry and another representative made an assessment at 2 am on July 20th stating the rugs "actually the color your received" offering me to keep the rugs and they would credit me $75. I want to return the rugs so I can get a full refund. The Vevor website promotes a "30 day-No hassle returns," and all my requests to get return mailing labels sent to my email have been ignored. I DO NOT want to keep the rugs for a $75 credit! I want Vevor to send me a return mailing labels for the three rugs, so I can get a full refund! Again, I do not want the rugs, I want return mailing labels and a full refund. I have no use for the three carpets. I'm tired of getting a run around for two weeks now by the multiple chat customer service communication, emails, and phone calls. Big time return hassle. Do not order or you will be so sorry you did!

Their items are cheap and very poor quality . The customer service is a long drawn out process that requires you to receive a code , text pictures , then email , and the extremely long time to hold before speaking to the initial person .

Damaged merchandise

I ordered a 48 in. Railing and when I received it, it was rewrapped, the screws and hardware were thrown loosely in the box (some missing screws), missing the base caps, and the railing was all scratched and dented up.

VEVOR Hot Tub Handrail 600LBS Capacity Spa Side Handrail 56" Slide-Under Base Spa Steps Hot Tub Heavy Iron Spa Side Step Sponge Rubber Grip Frosted Design hot Rail Tube for Indoor/Outdoor Bath purchased 3/9/23 has lost all the power coating and is rusting away. I already replaced the bolts and nuts with stainless but now the coating is coming off. You can see the parts were not cleaned before painting.

The VEVOR customer service team is REALLY good at scouring the internet and writing "sincere" apologies. Too bad VEVOR doesn't put any effort into...

I ordered a VEVOR boat cover for my bow-rider boat from the VEVOR website for $41.99. They advertised "30 Day No-Hassle Returns". Their advertisement showed the cover smartly covering a bow-rider boat WITH A WINDSHIELD, and coming down past the rubrail nicely and evenly onto the lower hull (photo attached). But just to be safe, I opened a chat on VEVOR's website BEFORE I purchased the cover and described my bow-rider boat, and their agent assured me that their cover would fit. It did NOT come close! Their cover is flat and will NOT fit ANY boat with a windshield. Where my windshield is, the cover didn't even come down to my rub rail (photos attached). This means the cover won't keep moisture, wasps, spiders, and mud-dobbers, etc. from getting inside my boat. The cover also had a brown mark on it. When I tried to return the cover, they said they'd have to get back with me. I even told them that I STILL WANTED TO BUY THE CORRECT COVER, and I asked for their help. A day later, they sent me the following email: "We have to tell you that if you want to return the product, you'll have to pay the return fees, which can be expensive, and also returned packages are at risk of being lost. Returns are complicated, that's why we recommend you keep this product, maybe it will be useful in the future." ...and they offered to refund $13.00. I refused and told them the cover was no good to me whatsoever. I was also upset how they tried to intimidate me into keeping it and threatened to charge me return fees, which is NOT what they advertised. They strung me along for another 6 days, and then offered to refund $13.99! I contacted their chat again and asked to speak to a supervisor in customer service. They put me off for another 6 days and then the same customer service agent (Islam Ismail) offered to refund $26.39. It's been 13 days since I informed them of their mistake (and the defect), and I've written 7 times, and I still don't have satisfaction. DO NOT BUY VEVOR! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY! The thing that's really crazy is that I asked them to help me buy the correct cover, so they wouldn't have even lost a sale (even when it was their mistake). Their customer service department should be fired, right up to the top. This has got to be the worst and dumbest customer service department I have ever encountered. DO NOT BUY VEVOR! UPDATE: After I posted the above review on one website, I immediately received a response from VEVOR telling me how sorry they were and that I should contact them again (I already had an ongoing email exchange with them, like I discussed). Total BS! Their idea of customer service is obviously to screw their customers and pay someone to scour the internet and clean up their reviews. They never responded to me by email, and I finally called their chat line AGAIN today and they AGAIN did nothing and said they'd get back with me. This is what they do. They wait 6 days or more between emails and then make another ridiculous offer. DO NOT BUY VEVOR!!! Im sure this is standard practice for this company. Anyone want to start a class action lawsuit against VEVOR? I think well find systemic fraud once we get their customer list.

Brand new machine not working

Water distiller purchased (no instruction manual or registration card included in box) after taking out of box and setting up, error code E1 (cricut problem). Contacted CS, they told me the the E1 error code was and thats it. This is a brand new machine, straight of the box and they are offering no help with this issue.

Not responding on time and not full refund

I bought an item and received it damaged. I immediately wrote on the website and after that I talk to them. I sent a photo and a video and now they tell me that they cannot refund me full because the time has passed. They never send me return policy . This is unbelievable. Please refund my money back. Order problems

I ordered 3 hydraulic pump which they all came damaged and always is need to wait 15 days to replace the valve and dont have that kind of time I ordered because I need it , not to have them sitting on a shelf anyway have to reorder some from Amazon and got the job done while still waiting for vevor to figure out, { BAD Business}

Disgusting treatment. ZERO customer service.

Purchased a 50" Electric Lifting Dog Grooming Bath10/4/22. $1188AUD Bath support structure stainless steel 'ripped' and compacted in Oct22. Complained to the seller. ZERO response. March05,2023 bath catastrophically failed with my dog onboard. Despite VEVOR spruiking their 12 month warranty, they offered me 60% refund when bath was not yet 11 months old. Bath used in private residence, not commercially. Countless customer contact with VEVOR only gets me cut and paste responses, repeated cut and paste responses, threats to close my ticket, promises they have escalated to management, are checking with manufacturer, checking with management...promises that they never act on. Two days in a row their customer service line is unmanned in Australia. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had with an online purchase. Had to pay a plumber to come and disconnect, dismantle and remove with his truck from my property. Sooooo out of pocket. All caused by this disreputable, lying, cheating, dishonest company. As you can see from video and emails i recieved my tent with *** the company patched the hole n sent it to me as a new tent I purchased a new tent not used they won't honor there warranty they won't return it the last email they offered me 300 dollars for the tent that I paid $670.99 for
