Not happy

Called and got cut off so could not sort the problem ! Called back -same happened havent got the time to sit and keep calling so will try again Monday. Order not showing

I ordered a regetta Kids Kielder Hybrid Jacket Vi - Blue but right after I placed my order it It logged me out and I couldnt save the order number but it took money out my bank account I just want to is my order still processing or not and its not showing on my recent orders!

Orded bedding to be deliverd overnight paid extra . Gone to see were item is, to be told its not arriving overnight but 2 days . 7197****. Paid for a service that i am not getting . Require my overnight postage back. Thank you .

Resolved: Delivery

Delivery has arrived, unfortunately too late and the size is too small Sono I need to get it returned. Fun times.

At this point I still haven't heard from Very! The parcel was ordered on the 17th July and due to arrive on the 19th July in time for me to amend the order/size so I could have worn them last weekend.

My recent delivery has not arrived, you have used Royal Mail to deliver the parcel which should have reached me on the 19th July 2023 and I have still not received the parcel. The items are now overdue and I no longer need them. I wish for a refund. I am at work when your call centre is open so I've had no joy trying to get through to you.

I have not had my issue solved, I was told I have an account with Verry, but I don't have one yet I owe loads off money some one used my name, and I got told it would get sorted but it did not.

Some one has used my name and made an account, in 2015 I have a reference number that verry gave to a debt collecter, yet when I go to look at the verry account it has no name on my account? And says it dont Exist.

Very don’t want sorted the problem

I bought a phone from very, now the phone had the IMEI number locked from Vodafone , Vodafone said this IMEI number is from a fone stoled or loosed, but I bought this phone from very , new , and I never use Vodafone , they said they cant unlock, because I bought from very, very need sort , and very dont care about my problem

Payment dispute

There was a mixup with regards apparent payment on my part. You seemingly had me on credit (not in my mind). Plus you did not award me the first purchase 20% discount. Will I use you again NO !! So ended up paying the full amount outright as I did not wish continue receiving numerous annoying communications. Sorry not a happy bunny

All processed well. Could do with refunds accelerated into bank accounts as compared to 7-14 days estimates.

Refund agreed on Saturday 15th and estimated to hit the bank account between 7 and 14 days while the refunded delivery charge (that was collected as included in total purchase amount) took 2 days to reach my bank account after a promise to refund it because Very was had issues with stock to meet its delivery service's 24 hours delivery that it charged and promise very to agreeing a faster service arrangement with the banks for refunded d on the website.

Product returned but not marked

I sent back a product as it was advertised as a co-ord but only the shirt turned up, I did a home pickup return and the order has not been marked as returned on my account resulting in me being in the red with my account. Please can you sort this, kind regards Arielle.

Poor delivery

Parcel received, box burst open, parts on the ground and damaged. Do not order from here. Will not send out a replacement, site isn't allowing me to select a refund. Disgusting.

Twice I’ve ordered an item and twice they have sent the wrong product, plus I’ve paid 2 sets of delivery for something I don’t want, twice!

Ive ordered hand crochet poncho by Joe Brown, was sent a cowboy hat instead. Asked for a return and reordered, sent cowboy hat instead. I am now out of picket for 2 ponchos plus 2 delivery charges and 2 hats I dont want

Missing delivery

I've actually no ides what is going on My parcel went missing the other day the email they sent claimed they left the delivery and card where it was here (neither were) I called yodel (delivery service) they told me to contact very I contact very they send me an email of a parcel that looked way too small to be mine on the floor They said they would have to fill out a goods return form and I've had nothing since I asked every neighbour about it I've spoke to the corner shops no one has it and frankly very and yodel were no use in the situation at all unfortunately.

Plant

I bought 2 bush plants from very and one of them looks dead as it has no growth or leaves on it whereas the other one as, the item no UTQ3C, I contacted very a few times once through pissedconsumer.com and directly with no response from them, they even refused to upload my feedback on the product, I have not even planted the healthy living one yet

Damaged item

I bought a 8 wheel hard shell suitcase in April 23 and used it on the 27th May. On arrival at my local airport I noticed part of the zip was unraveling and on arrival to spain it was half unraveled upto the security lock which had become jammed. This suitcase is now unusable. I contacted very customer services on the 31st of May and the 1st of June. Both times they insisted I have to return the item for a full refund or except a 20% refund. Despite me explaining that I now have to buy a new suitcase to return home and would also have to pay the airline 70 to return with the unusable suitcase. This in total would cost me at least £150 not including the £99.99 I paid for the suitcase. Despite offering to send pictures of the damaged item they still insisted I return it. I am furious at the shoddy service from Very .

Complaint regarding faulty item

I am extremely dissatisfied about order 42 which can I add was on placed on 14th may 2023 and received the VERSAILLES 11 PIECE SET on the 18th May 2023 which I have paid £399.99 for. Its now the 29th of May and 11 days after receiving the table and chair set the glass has just spontaneously shattered. Any flaw in the edge or glass surface can cause spontaneous breakage. Therefore, the table appears to have been faulty or some sort of defect to the glass for it to break on its own after being standing in a garden after being assembled for 10 days. The reason I got this kind of table the description states thick tempered glass fortunately, tempered glass can withstand heat and the day it spontaneously smashed was on a day of 16 degree heat in the UK which is not any sort of drastic fluctuation in temperature. Luckily no one was anywhere near the table when it did shatter as this could of been very dangerous and May have caused severe injuries. I am absolutely disgusted and these types of products should be thoroughly checked before leaving a warehouse to ensure the durability and the safe condition to avoid this happening.
