My experience

vericore employees Brittany Ardeneaux and Trey Jackson from vericore are not ethical debt collectors and instead break laws and use abusive threatening language. I posted my story on "faircreditblog DOT com" to share with the world and it is actually FUNNY, REALLY FUNNY. Visit my blog mentioned above and do a search for "vericore" and be prepared to laugh hard. These *** have a poor reputation for attempting to scare consumers and business owners but they made the mistake in thinking i'm some dummy when in fact I know quite a bit about federal credit laws and more so then most people people. When I don't know something I research it and ask the appropriate people for honest answers. Generally when in doubt I consult with somebody that specializes in something to learn the truth. Sometimes its in your best interest to just call a Fair Credit Attorney and ask instead of guessing and not knowing your rights. Anyways READ MY BLOG and LEARN educate yourself about CREDIT, CREDIT LAWS, and Collection Agency Abuse.

Beyond Harrassment - Bordering on Illegal

This company makes the Mob look like angels. The fraudualnt claims, threats, scare tactics, and out right lies this company engages in should be reported to the Federal Government. One of the vendor they said they are "representing" never even heard of them let alone hired them. They told us "just send us all of your past due payables and we will allocate them out to your vendors" Yeah, right! We are planning to file formal complaints here in AZ. They will never get a penny from us and we suggest that no one else contributes to the salaries or commissions made by these thugs. The need to be put out of business - for good!

Vericore Promo Video on Youtube

Search Vericore on Youtube.com and you will see an inside scoop on their operation and how to deal with them. This is internal office video showing the lowlifes at Vericore in Mandeville, LA. These are the individuals who call you and claim to be private investigators--breaking the law in most states. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES AND SCARE TACTICS. DO NOT PAY VERICORE. Instead, negotiate with your CREDITOR and pay your CREDITOR directly. Watch this video for tips on dealing with slimeball collection agencies like Vericore who intimidate and harass hard working people. I have kept all the call recordings of their activities and am waiting for the right time to post them on Youtube.

Vericore receives payments, keeps them doesn't close debt

Vericore called for me to replace a check for $291 in Sept 2008. I replaced it the next week. The bank has the canceled check by phone to verify payment was made and received by Vericore. Now 11 months later a different firm, Davis and Goldmark, calls and demands payment for the same bill, takes me an hour, another call to my bank, they spend time on it. Find the canceled cleared check. This is one of 5 times last year that Vericore received payments from me and then didn't turn them over to the creditor. I think there is major fraud and embezzlement of funds going on at Vericore They are keeping money and trusting that people might not have accurate records of their payments. If people are paying twice because they just assume the request is legitimate their money could be dissappearing. I think some criminal investigation of Vericore is called for.

Vericore is calling my neighbors to get info on us.

I am facing a critical surgery to have a brain tumor removed and I may not live through it. I have offered to settle a $600 debt to Vericore for $200 before surgery. They led me to believe they would do this and then never called me back and instead I am getting calls from my neighbors that this creditor is looking for us. I know this is illegal and I now am looking for options. I left the collector a firm message today but no response yet. Maybe I should start calling his neighbors and start a few rumors about him!

Vericore Bad Business Practices Harassment

Vericore is "claiming" they are not governed by the FDCPA because they are going after "business" debt not "consumber" debt...so does this give them the right to...falsely represent (claiming they are lawyers - Leo Lopez), harassment, place phone calls to owners homes before 8am (I received calls at 6:45am), contact thrid parties regarding the debt, harass employees....??? They said they are not allowed to harass consumers regading business debt if there is a personal guarantor, but they are! They said they are not allowed to call owners at home, but they are!!! We have been paying our debt directly to the party we owe it to, yet they are still calling. I would love to file a lawsuit against these guys...they are just hoping that since they are debt collecting that no one has enough money to file. I have been collecting evidence on them since day one. They need to be sued for what they are doing! Also, please not comments from Vericore employees/managers. It seems this website may just be another way for them to collect information and post information to scare consumers and small business owners.

Said I was a *** poor excuse for a human being

First called and pretended to be a private investigator investigating assets and liabilities. Did not care I had been off work due to motor vehicle accident for 8 months and still ill. Refused to accept payments, as did the company who hired Vericore. Threated to call my bank and learn my assets, which I determined from my bank they cannot do unless they illegally impersonate me. Told me I was a *** poor excuse for a human being, told me to let my other bills go including my mortgage payment and write them a check immediately or Iwould end up in court owing triple the amount. Refused to negotiate or accept payments. Major rudeness and bully tactics. No polite first contact or willingness to work it out. Unbelievably rude and hostile.

Fraudulent & dishonest activity by VeriCore

In supplier/customer dispute, supplier and customer eventually agreed upon amount owed by customer. Customer paid supplier full amount claimed by supplier. VeriCore through its employee Eric Todd, knowingly and fraudulently claimed hundred of dollars more than amount claimed by supplier, their alleged client, apparently in order to increase the amount to be earned by VeriCore. Supplier repeatedly agreed with customer that the amount claimed by VeriCore was excessive. VeriCore was put on notice, and Eric Todd said that he did not care, and that he would even hire someone to invade our premises. He never denied that he was making a false claim, but threatened that he was going to get whatever he claimed, be it true or false. He has furthermore circulated highly defamatory letters about us. I has unlawfully interfered with the conract between supplier and customer in attempt to indice supplier to repudiate contract, to his benefit. VeriCore used highly unprofessional and menacing means to try to recover a debt which it knew to be false.

Vericore has begun calling my business. Their representative claims he is a "Detective" .

The Vericore rep says he's a "Detective" and is checking our address so he can come and visit our business and go over our "assets" to pay for a past due bill that we cannot pay currently. He's a big bully. They will not allow payment arrangements. They want us to "borrow from a relative". They are patronizing and threatening! Their representatives seem to LOVE their job! I know we are not the only small business owners hanging on by the fingernails in America today, that doesn't mean we wont take care of our responsibilities when we get back on our feet again!

Vericore Harrasment

Vericore uses illegal tactics. We are a business and another business claims we owe them money. We do not. This business hired Vericore. The representative has been calling us and telling us that he is going to investigate our assests, call our title company, and he will file a complaint with the attorney general's office and secretary of states office if we don't pay him immediately. This bully even called us at 6 in the morning, waking us from a sleep to harrass us. Seek an attorney in the state the repersentative is calling you from and/or file a complaint with the states attorney general's office. Please read the federal fair debt collection act and know your rights. Vericore is must answer to the law and Vericore will not answer, if you don't take action. We are taking action.
