I have purchased many 100.00 2 x gems offers. in the last few months it comes up as special deals 99.99 So yesterday when it was on special I got another 99.99 CVS gift card and entered it . But it did not go into my account. I do not know *** to find my money. Where could it be? Has this happened to others? And if so how often? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
After loging in daily for over three years my account was dropped while I was playing slots. My over 36Billion coins were gone...and I was signed in as a new guest. Contacted customer service; when they responded they gave me some strange instructions as to what "I" should do. I followed their instructions perfectly twice and my coins and account were not retrieved. I have contacted customer service two more times informing them that I called my computer guy asking him what to do. He said that it is strictly an internal problem of Vegas World and they have to address it. No Reply!!! What is wrong with them? No one that deals with the public behaves in such a shoddy way. BOO HISS.

Good harass by one of your merchants and I am not happy with it I feel immigrated and very disrespected and very harassed.
