Can’t get any one to assist with questions on batteries I ordered not fitting charger unit. 19.2V Craftsman battery replacement that fits equipment perfectly but not the charger.
Explained above no more details other than the ridiculous run around with trying to reach someoneanyone at Vannon!

Return of unneeded batteries
The 18 volt batteries I order are not needed because the Black and Decker Weed Eater no longer works. Just quit today. Batteries were delivered on Thursday 4/20/23. Please send address to return batteries. Thank you. John McArthur

My order on ebay is defective
My Vanon 18v4.6AH 82.8Wh, Model no. DC9096, after charging the battery and proceeded to use them, each battery had about a two minute charge. I charged these batteries three times and each time the same result. Can someone help me out. I was doing a project that needed me to have more batteries so i thought i would try these batteries out. If other people are having the same results i would like to know.

No one answered and the mailbox was full! That should be good for business! I bought a battery that will not take a charge! Tried to send video. Not the right address! No luck! I have satellite internet and it is hard to send video!
