They don't investigate nothing how does someone as soon as I activated my gift card transfer it to Paypal and I call sat on hold 5 hours on 5-28-23 to report it and as of today still have no answer they not responding to my emails kerp saying they don't know but yet they gave me the Paypal transfer number and all so they know it was fraud and aren't fixing my issue
