Bed service

too much time waiting for someone to tell me theres no filter for my truck I waste 50 minutes for no reason and they didnt even apologize to me

Last oil change experience

On last Friday August 11, 2923 I went to get an oil change on Hwy 27 Ckermont FL Name of the employee was Mario. Upon completion of the service I asked if he could adjust the GPS system for 7500 miles for next service he couldnt do that then I asked for a sticker hand written it was provided I asked for a invoice for the services I was told that the printer was broken they would email it to me. I left however about 2 miles away I realized the sticker was made for 13000 miles for the next service. I went back other employee came out to help, explained the problem he came back with a new one still wrong but I took it. They cant add or not remember the numbers you told them. He also verified that I would be getting by email. Next day afternoon I went back because I had no email invoice. I asked the employee if I can see a supervisor or manager after exposing the situation. He. And back manager couldn't get the information because service was done yesterday. I told him that is not correct, my information should have the service from yesterday. I needed the invoice/receipt for my company to be remembered. No solution Mario was on his cell phone but too lazy and no guts to come out to talk with customer. Well, I have been a long time loyal customer always wrote and appreciated the service and individuals, but they list a customer as of now and remember there are other options out there. Do not with an opportunity or authority to someone who can't represent your company! Shame!!

Left filter under cap causing low oil pressure blow my engine haven't heard back from Aaron Lee total avoiding me got refund for cap meaning guilty of bad service need someone above strong Lee to contact me trying to resolve before I have to talk with District attorney

Car damage

Valvoline changed my oil and didnt put any oil back into my motor. My motor has been damaged. The customer service and store manager refuse to return my calls or email.

Im pissed off

I got a oil change with yall and they left a rachate in my car burned up my fan motor and 40amp fuse. Then I brought the rachate back and asked if they had any tools like this he said yes. But when I asked for the manager he said he was and that's not there tool. 1000.00 later. Thank you so much for the most expensive oil change.

They let someone skip the line

They pulled a car in the wrong direction and worked with an open pit. So now Im waiting twice as long. Will not be returning to this company again. The manager obviously has no respect for safety,

Engine failure

My claim has been denied claim number cs0515474. I spoke with Joel and he denied my claim. I feel you guys are responsible for not putting correct amount of oil necessary in my car and which caused my engine to seized. We got the full synthetic oil change which should guarantee me $7,500 Mi - 10,000 Mi your technician and customer service explain there's three different oils Because I went over the 3,000 miles. You're denying my claim. My engine siezed and I believe you guys are partially responsible for my car problems. 2 quarts low and no oil with a high mileage car is not a good combination. Where did my oil go there is no signs of it anywhere and why is my oil black as night please explain that to me before you deny my claim I will go to a lawyer or a news and I will make this very known. I have also been notified that this is not the first time this has happened in your Valvoline location in Orlando the one I went to. I would like to escalate this past Joel and his customer service to corporate and someone who is willing to help with this matter. I have a full document from my Certified mechanic. I would like to see your investigation and how you claim I am denied based on more than just miles. I am not just going away so please help me find a solution.

Damage to vehicle

Can anyone exsplain to me how a professional oil change co. Instals wrong oil filter that allows ALL the oil to leak from it before time to change it on a barely broke in car with just 80k on a flawlessly sound car no leaks no use of oil never a single issue ever until this took place the had it verified at firestone loss of power engine noise and no oil come out drain plug upon checking metal in oil as well they promised to make this right ...now its we will put a untested no guarrantee junkyard engine installed by joe bobs mechanic shop ive missed workand rental ??? 16k was cheapthese guys are idiots

Problem at store

That the store is open but not enough personal to quaranty this a a fast oil change .I'm a frequent customer and every time I come by it is worse and worse .45 minute wait on a Sunday .if you not going to quaranty services don't advertise them .is horrible to wait in a temperature of 90 outside .I come here because I'm handicap and I can get out of my car that easy .but this is getting to be a nitemere for me .

Wrong oil filter

I was in the Tunkhannock, PA location for an oil change on 5/25/2023 in which I was very happy with my experience until I was driving down the highway and got a warning saying low oil pressure turn off engine now I did not have any prior problems before this oil change besides a minor oil leak I then sat on the side of interstate 81 trying to figure out what to do so I decided to get off the nearest exit and go to sheetz to get off the highway it didnt act up during that drive so I drove to Tunkhannock to see if anything else happened and it didnt so I continued my journey to Pittsburgh it was fine the entire weekend until I was on my way back home in which it started to throw up the same warning as before. I had my sister come out to where I was but I sat on the side of the highway for 3 hours and when she got there it was acting fine so I continued driving with her following an hour after that it came up with the warning again so my parents then also drove out to us with a trailer this time to take my car home. In which my stepdad said it was either a faulty filter which would not have been the employees fault or they put on the wrong filter which would be a detrimental mistake on their part. I just got around to checking it out today and it was in fact the wrong filter I do have pictures to prove. This mistake could cause serious engine damage due to the oil not cycling properly and getting where it need to be. There was a lot of gas wasted to get me home and $50 spent on oil and another $12 to get a new filter plus a lot of my time spent sitting on the side of the highway. This mistake should have never happened due to the employees having to scan the VIN number to get all of the cars information it tells them exactly what filter my car needs. Once again I have pictures and receipts from trying to fix this mistake and Im glad I got it figured out before it caused serious issues.

I was charged 40 for a top off and wasnt supposed to be charged

Nothing has been done they took my money and called the police because I refused to pay took them 30 min to pull up this weak made up policy and if we go by the policy rules I pulled in for a top off and the guy never said I would be charged for getting top off longs I been going to valvoline have I ever payed so send me my money please and thank you it's on camera remember soons you pull in everything is being recorded...

They messed up my car

Never had oil leak till this last oil change now my car leaks and its not running right and I dont have time to deal with this at all Im very angry Ive only had the car 6 months and barely broke 100,000 miles

Poor customer service and taking advantage of seniors

I chose to utilize my AARP benefits and get an oil change from your location on 45th Ave in. West Palm Beach, Florida. While I waited, they tried to upsell me on services i was not in there for, and when I left all my lights for service went on, prior I did not have any on. I checked my engine and the JEEP engine cover was missing. I am very particular about my jeep so I went back a few days later and spoke with Jeremiah. He said they would check cameras and the manager would reach out. I requested the camera footage. I waited a week, did not hear from anyone, so I went by today. Anissa the manager said she knew about my missing cover and would order a new one. She said most people don't notice it missing. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? Where did my cover go? Are they taking parts and selling them? I want to be assured it is a JEEP Part not an off market part. Considering this was a referral from AARP, and taking advantage of seniors is a crime, I will let them know to be aware. I wish I checked your reviews before I used them as they are terrible. I am now seeking a mechanic to check out what they may have messed with in my engine. I would like someone to contact me, since that manager never attempted to contact me. Upset customer

I had my oil changed yesterday at Valvoline in ofallon mo off Bryan rd April 3 2023 and they took my air filter out it was dirty and my husband had already ordered one off Amazon so we decided offer we had decent coupon and thought we had got a good deal even though our technician wasnt the best at customer service and had kinda attitude when we asked him any questions about our 2013 GMC terrain we just purchased on April 1st 2023 anyway we left and next day we went to our local Walmart and noticed car was shaking and making vibration noise and acted like it was going to die on us but it was hot and had air conditioner on full blast when we arrived home Amazon delivered our new air filter and my husband went to put it in and noticed we had no air filter the technician at Valvoline did not put it back in and also noticed our oil cap was not screws back on it was just sitting on there and oil was all over our motor and under hood so we are very upset and not happy about this situation that happened and we are loyal Valvoline customers with all 3 of our vehicles for our 3,000 mile oil changes and can't believe this happened to us and the service we received was horrible and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else it could have really done a lot of damage if we had not noticed it and continued to drive our brand new vehicle we just paid 6900$ for and I like to speak with someone who can make this right for us and insure this doesn't happen again to anyone else

My car is messed up

I went for oil change, got new blades, got in transmission flush, and I also got a tire rotation.23tm500D Everything was done correctly, except for when they try to rotate my tires they broke two of my studs on my car. The manager came to me and said during our rotation we noticed two of your studs were broke off into the lug nuts and they showed me the studs that had been broken off inside the lug nuts and said they did not do it when he went to take off the tires and unscrew the boats it just came off! So two of my studs were broken off due to their negligence. There is no way that two of my studs were broken off my wheel would have came off if that was the case. But they gave me the free tire rotation! LOL

Ruined my car

Im upset Im 22 and struggling as is Im also a service member I work 2 jobs trying to make ends meet I got a oil change and the next morning had no oil in my car it was sitting in my drive way manager tells me to come back which I did I pull in the bay to hear them talking about how they ruined my drain plug told me it was getting fixed they told me they fixed it then Went on with my day fast forward my cars been leaking ever since yea there would be nothing we could about it someone please help me!!!
