You sold me a stolen laptop

I bought an Apple laptop back in March but was reported stolen by the serial number way before that. I was not advised of this. Is there any way I can get my money back for bringing the item back to you guys? Its in the exact same condition I bought it in and still have the receipt of purchase.

Ref to Trans #78194**** (Store #11226)

on 2/15/23 at approximately 1856hrs I when to store # 11226 and purchased an Apple ear bucks item # 112260****11, I tested the item same day, and it was not working item showed that was iCloud locked according to Apple . I returned to the store on 2/17/23 at approximately 1100hrs and I explained to clerk the situation. Clerk stated that item can be not returned I stated that PPP was Purchased in case that item stop working. Clerk stated that nothing could done since I should have tested the item before leaving the store and I had one day to test the item and to come to the store to return the item. Unfortunately I couldn't come back do to a work emergency. I stated once again that PPP was purchased to cover the item. Clerk called manager over the phone and explained the situation. Manager stated that nothing he nothing he could do and refused to honor the PPP terms as stated in the sales slip. Manager added to read terms and conditions on the sales slip terms and conditions shows a store credit should con be issue in case that item fail to function as intended. I always had purchased with confidence at yours stores but I think this is going to be my last visit to your stores. I rather spent more money and not purchase faulty items. and received a bad costumer service Marvin Nicaragua

Under valued loan! On items that were brought into the store Pryor and got what I asked for both times this time I was given a low value on something of high value! And this one s not the first time your pawn brokers are shady liers that dont value your customers I have been along time customer of this company and I Ive never been so insulted in my life!!!

I brought in 2 pair of rare KOBE BRYANT ADIDAS and had a one of which has been there before, I brought them in for a loan a was told I can to the wrong store becau the value of my shoes were too high for them but they had a pair of Travis Scott dunk lows on the shelf for $500!, and then I was told they might be fake!, and that they would only give me $90 dollars for both! When I got a loan of $80! For one of the pair I brought in previously in the same condition I got the loans on them before!, its discriminatory and racist way of doing business l!!! And the shoes they were selling for $500 dollars were dirty and used!!, on top of possible being fake which is against the law to sell or even purchased counterfeit items!!!

The manager rips customers off

The manager constantly has an excuse why he pays so little for loans and for when youre selling items there. He finds the cheapest price on eBay for an item thats in horrible condition and compares it to the brand new item youre trying to sell. He lies and says he can buy that same item all day for $50 and thats not true. My item sold for an average of $125 on eBay and he offered me $20 for it. When I looked on eBay right in front of him, I told him the 2 times out of the 20 of them listed sold for cheap because they were defective and Im horrible condition. He then came up with another excuse. The man is very dishonest and he rips off his customers, and then the items he does buy, he over prices in the store. I will never deal with the manager in Value Pawn in Titusville ever again. This is the second time he tried ripping me off. I went in there with a very high end DVD recorder that sells for $800 at Walmart the first time I dealt with him. He gave me excuses why he could only give me $150 for it and then he turned around and priced it for $600 in the store!! The man is a liar and a crook!!

Unreasonable taken of my property

My jewelry was taken even after Ihad payed for an extension. I spoke with some one in the corporate office on the 4th of March 2022, but to know avail. They were so rude and disrespectful. I would never advise anyone to put their valuables in their possession.

Problem with manager at one of your store

The associate that originally helped me and my girlfriend had messed up what was going on. Talked to the manager on duty and was explained that I would have to talk with the store manager even though the associate admitted to the the mistake. Not a big deal but when I explained over the phone what had happened, the Store Manager insisted that I was lying. At that point I got upset and yes I was cussing at him. Abuse of customer service

in store 1707 w vine st Kissimmee fl 34743 I had a bad experience regarding a bracelet that I went to buy which, according to the employee, had been for sale for a while and when I asked for a better price because it cost 1200, the manager Lilly decided to tell her An employee who could not sell it to me because I had to carry out an inventory because the ticket was not for that piece, I demanded that it was the one I wanted and my right is to pay for the price that is being displayed in the window, we had a nail words and his final decision was not to sell it because if the price was lower I would not complain but if it was more then I would complain, his words were rude to me, it is a lack of respect because not the superior Manayer when receiving my complaint he did not give me The answer to me raising my complaint because the most correct thing is that they sell me at the price that I saw and the item I selected was in the window, it was more expensive I cheaper, I do not recommend this place at all

Pawn denied

I went into the pawnshop and was denied the agent told me he couldnt do anything with the jewelry I had he was rude didnt have customer service attitude was disrespectful but I went to another location and cashed out I felt discriminated and thinking I should seek legal action I always go there and shop store manager is fairly decent

Violation of store policy

Racist , Rude manager she had a attitude with us as soon as we walking into the store sale item that is against store policy per cooperate office she was rude and jacked the price up item that was not suppose to be sold in store when at to speak to store manager she got a attitude she treated us unfairly and she was very disrespectful and rude.
