THE absolute WORST service.
I have had it with this company. I have been a tenant since they implemented valet garbage pick up. Not only are they incredibly rude, from the top down, but even when your garbage is well within the guidelines , they leave it. I have had it with them.

I opted out of the Valet services and don't feel comfortable men taking pictures at my door. Residents leave their trash out all the time, they harass residents that don't. It is not worth the headache.

The guy is *** and taking pictures. I called the valet company wondering why the trash guy is taking pictures of my door. Then he wasn't practicing social distancing. This is ridiculous. After I complained now they co-conspiring together. I am being charged 50.00 because I was taking out my own trash and the trash guy took pictures. When I moved in I was told that I had to comply to the trash addendum however until I had to argue my point now I am out the trash addendum. The Murn property landlords are terrible and don't explain to residents anything.Then they charge you after the fact with valet services. They only come 5 days a week so why pay for lousy and extra headache services with this company.

Not satisfied with their service
They have not picked up my thrash. They just picked up the recycle bag. This is the third time this happened to me. I don't know if anyone else had a problem, I think they may have had problems with Valet Waste. I can't reach them by phone. I think they are closed for a few days. I am forced to pay for this service thru my apt. complex. I'm very upset. I'm a senior and can't bring my thrash to the dumpster at the end of the building.

No Solution To The Problem!
I think there should be a class action lawsuit taken against this *** poor company. Whether Valet Living mess up the tenants have to pay regardless what type of business is that straight garbage! Every night I put my trash out at 5pm like clockwork. How can you miss trash two and three days in a row? If you don’t have reliable service what service is being offered?

I pay 25.00 a month for trash pick up. They take our money but they don't pick up trash. I want a refund from everyday they don't pick up!!!
They don't pick up trash!!! And we areforced to pay them 25.00 a month for services not being taken care of Everybody has a boss.... And I am going to get a refund for everyday they don't pick up!!!!

I'm required to pay for the service in my complex. If I could depend on it that would be great but here I am staring at a big garbage bag that was put out last evening. I need a refund!

Why didn't you take my trash??
I had one bag, it had half a round watermelon and a little kitchen trash from just one day. I had already tied the bag and in a small plastic bag put two baked potato skins from tonight's dinner, tied it and put it on top. Pick up is by 9 and the only thing they took was the small grocery bag with the potato skins. Thanks guys, you're the best.

They take pictures of trash outside my door claiming to have three or more bags. when in their own picture it shows only have two. Then they'll say that my bags are over the weight limit 25 lb, I have a bathroom scale I weigh my trash bags. when I asked her employee one night do you have a scale in your truck so you can prove that it is over 25 lb, no they don't. Then they try to say I don't double my cat's litter. That's a lie my first bag is clear, then I put it in my trash bag, and then I actually double-bag my trash. Every time I set my trash out which is only like twice a week, There's a picture in the office they claim it has 3 or more bags. It's just blatant harassment from their lazy employees at just don't want to do their job. They'll find every excuse I can not to come.

I live in an apartment complex we pay for this service every month. Every week is the same thing. They don’t pick up on the days they are supposed to. I have called this company spoke to management and it continues. I can’t even get a credit on the days they don’t pick up. The service is unrealiable.

If I used city I would get a large bin and I could throw out extra larger items a few times a year during big trash pick up for the same price and a lot less hassle. The employees throw fits like children, the toss the cans around and stomp around while they work making it an uncomfortable situation. My apartment complex got rid of city trash and dumpsters all together now, so unless my trash fits neatly inside one perfectly wrapped bag forget about it! What about pizza night, birthdays, or Christmas when you have larger items or boxes? What about when people move and need to get rid of furniture? I guess apartment managers just like owning the franchise to earn some pocket cash at my expense instead of keeping the apartments clean and clutter free. You can’t opt for city, you can’t say no to this service, it is a forced pyramid scene franchise, most likely ran by many apartment managers to line their pockets. It’s the stupidest service ever! Capitalism at its best, privatized, forced trash service who can literally send AMY *** they met on the corner to my front door! And I’m forced to pay for this crap!

Spend all of their time leaving notes!
I have experienced about 6 years of valet trash and can only give a very poor rating of the company! Their employees are probably paid less than minimum wage but they have been told they do not have to pick up bags that weigh over ....25 pounds! If I have gotten one of these hang notes on my door, I have had about 50! I am single 62 year old female that has had shoulder surgery. I cannot even lift a 25 lb bag of trash! So, I guess they carry scales around to use their time weighing trash! They are nasty and messy. If a bag rips open, they do NOT even bother to pick it up. I actually had one collector outside my door cursing and throwing cans in the breezeway! My next door neighbor had left 3 bags! God forbid if you leave more than 2! It is a mandatory service with most apartments these days and should NEVER be forced on residents. It is a disservice to the tenants. But it is contracted for a dual purpose...to make the property money AND make valet trash richer than God. It is expensive...35-40$ per apartment! The complex I am in has 250 apartments! Plus they take so many holidays! Workers don't get paid so I know they have it rough. But the owners always get their share, even if it is a holiday. This should be illegal to DEMAND tenants retain this service. If you are looking to rent, always ask if they make you sign up for valet trash. If they confirm, just walk out. If not, you will have roaches galore and less in your bank account!

This company managed by *** Period. I don know how to name a company where so many idiots work. If you can't provide a service let others do it. Waste of money. Never rent apartment where Valet Waste is a service provider. You will regret 100 times. As me and my neighbors do.

Horrible service and no pick up
Its been 14 days without garbage pick up. They give us these tiny 2ft tall bins to put on apartment porch, say theyll show up after 7pm sun thru thurs, but most sundays they skip and then every other thursday they skip. Some weeks we go 6 days in between pick up. They came tonight and took our pizza boxes, flattened cardboard and 2 out of 9 bags. Plastic bags tied tight. Thats the rule. But then the person left a tag on my door with a written note of "put garbage in Regular garbage bags". With the lack of them showing up and still following the rules, sometimes i use grocery store bags and theyve never been rejected before. *** Im using grocery store bags to limit my garbage production. ***
