Trash not picked up

Trash have not been picked up at my building #64 and my apartment #6407 Waverly Apartments in Houston, Texas from Sunday and Monday of this week.

They suck!! They are part of our apartment agreement but we take our own trash more than they pick up!!!!!

For some reason they only seem to be able to pick it up maybe 2 times a week instead of the 5 I have to pay for!!! If you call they don't answer all nor do they take care of the problem!!@

Complaint

Trash Violations, being harresed by trash workers ! Apartment management sending me violations that I did not do , not receiving call backs from Valet Living in the past 2 days ! Have left several messages and now talking with Better Bureau to file a complaint with them . Being accused of things that are just not true

Service worse than the garbage they're supposed to pick up

My apartment community forces us to pay for their (non) service. I have been living here for two years and "valet" looks for any excuse to not do what they're paid to. Bag must have drawstring and be tied, Bag must be heavy duty (pay more money), Bag must be certain color for recyclables (This was a pain to comply with during covid quarantine when they wouldn't take the white bags I WAS able to get because they were not blue or clear. It's not solid black, you can tell what's in it, but you'll make any excuse.), No compostable bags (forced to make bigger environmental foot print). Then when you DO follow all their arbitrary rules, put the cans out at their strict pick up time (heaven forfend if you're WORKING during those times), they still don't pick up your trash. Although they are supposed to leave a note saying why they haven't, the garbage has been sitting outside my door for 4 days. They took my neighbor's, they took both our recycling, they left my trash behind with no explanation as to why. Complex gives me grief over not bringing my can back in by nine, but why should I have to keep full cans of trash in my apartment all day? Where should I be putting the half-week's worth of new trash when they haven't picked up the last round? At that point I'm breaking the lease rule of not letting trash accumulate in the apartment! Complex tells me to call Valet to come pick it up. Three days I have been calling, three days of no one picking up and me leaving a voicemail, and the trash is still sitting here. Last night I heard the collector coming up the stairs and watched him lift the bag, poke *** in the side with his finger, and put it back in the can. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? Is this retaliation for 3 days of messages and calls? Work ethic and communication skills equal to the garbage they DON'T pick up. 0/5 rating if I could, would have opted out upon moving in if I could have.

Valet Living is a terrible company that doesn't care about it's customers.

I'll start by saying that they are only getting 1 star because I can't leave 0 or negative stars. The absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life. All I expect is for them to do the bare minimum and pick up a bag of trash, and they consistently can't do it. I have contacted them over 30 times since June 2022 (it's Dec 2022 currently) and no is reason given, just the standard "we are gonna let the manager in your area know. Well clearly the "manager" in my area, nor this company gaf about doing their job. I'm cancelling the service, it's truly truly truly awful and I recommend any property managers go with a different company. I'm not exaggerating about the amount of times I've contacted them. 30+ different days. A months worth. At this point I need to be a supervisor for them. Canned responses from support. Same thing every time, nothing changes.

this company is a scam. Hello - I live in an apt complex in NE Dallas. I've renewed my least effective 12/1/2022. They have included a page in the lease using a company called Valet Living that offers to pick up your garbage at your front door 5 days a week - (mon - fri). My complex is Fox Hills at 8783 Ferndale Rd. They charge us $25 a month for this service and their lease contract denies the ability to file a class acton lawsuit if they do not do the service they claim to do. I HAVE NEVER HAD THEM PICK UP MY GARBAGE AND I'M PISSED. IF THEIR NOT GOING TO PICK UP MY GARBAGE - WHY SHOULD I PAY $25 ??? I've contacted other apt complexes and checked with the BBB and the complaints are OUTRAGEOUS !!! This is a scam and they should not be allowed to stay in business. WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT ???refuseefuse

Incompetence

Pretty simple really, I pay for you to take my trash and you don't. Worse because my sparked complex forces me to pay you fools. Y'all straight up suck.

Missed garbage pickup

In sept. I kept a record, no pickup 4 times. Oct. it wasnt picked up the 15th or 25th. I still have to pay $27 a month. Its always outside my door before 5:30pm. These arent the only xs since service began At Hawthorne at the Greene, Charlotte, NC. Its wonderful living here but tired of them not doing their job. Sometimes entire buildings are not picked up!!! Going to write to BBB if this continues. Im elderly & handicapped & was thrilled when valet living started this service. Owners, get your act together

Horrible service

Horrible service. no one is ever actually available to speak with you. I would not recommend any one use this service Horrible service. They throw trash off 2nd and 3rd floors. throw trash on top of cars. As well as leave other people's trash in front of neighbors door. zero stars

Poor nonexistent service

AVOID apartment communities that make you pay for valet living. Since the implementation here rodents and bugs are a problem because they don't pick up. I have watched them maki g pickups-they stand in the middle of the parking lot and if they see nothing they leave. It is impossible to see the front and back up 4 large buildings from one step out of the truck in the middle of the parking lot. A horrible service.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SERVICE YOUR COMMUNITY

They consistently fail to pick up the trash when they are supposed to. I pay $50 a month for this service that turns my apartment community into a literal dumpster, with multiple people's trash sitting in the hallways. This not only means paying for a service that isn't delivered, but also creates an unsanitary environment and makes the apartment community liable to code violations.

Worthless

I wish that management companies would stop using this company. It's a scam and a racket. The management company fines people who leave trash out if Valet Living fails to pick it up, and they almost always fail to pick it up. We pay $27 per month for the service which is never rendered. Multiple calls to the company and my management company have yielded absolutely no results. What this company needs is a good class action lawsuit. Lawyers take note.
