Card declined

I pay on time and more the minimum. My card is decline,it's embarrassing. Very dissatisfied and no 24-hours customer service to solve my problem

No discount for using card at 1088 Marina Blvd, San Leandro,CA. 94577

This station advertises .20 per gallon cheaper if you use the Valero card. This is false advertising as you get no discount if you use the card. They said it was my card and not the pump. The card works at other Valero stations, though. A total scam. And note: This is the highest price per gallon in San Leandro if not the Bay Area. It's a case of being the last gas station before the 880 North freeway. Please Beware!!

The lady was high on something was very angered with me because I was upset about a why my money was taken off my card on a canceled

Just alot of yelling i was upset but she was more upset then me came charging me like she was ready to kick my ass.just because I was not understanding why my money was off my card on a void

I dont think I have any problem with Valero. I did not call to complain, I was checking to see if there was an annual fee on the gas card.

Refused to give me a receipt

The manager couldn't give me a gas receipt. And she was very disrespectful. And gave me the wrong corporate number. But customer service was great.

Copliment employees

I live inside 410, the Valero I'm referring to is near arroya Vista. The two young men that work there at night are the most friendliest men I have ever met at a cornerstore. I'm just letting you know yall need to recognize them, cuz not every cornerstore worker is like that.

I purchased the club valero membership @25000 which gives us membership of vacations they said "we will give u 4 star property in the range of 8000 rupees" but at time of booking they said that rooms

Amount held on card

Finally returned to my debit card after I asked several times,store associates acted like they didn't know what I was talking about

Worst service, with two cars parked at the pumps, the customer service person was in the office, facing the pumps, while heating food in a microwave and drinking.

There was not interest from the service person in coming out to greet the customers, or pump gas (NJ does not allow self service). After the one vehicle began honking his horn, I got out of my car, went to the office and asked the attendant if he had gas, he said yes, and he was coming. I asked if that was going to be today, or tomorrow, I was told tomorrow !!! Then, after I called him out on his lack of service, he refused to serve me. He did serve the other customers, refused to give me his name, and refused to serve me. This will be hitting my news feed, as well as anyone I can reach on social media, as well as word of mouth.

Cimplaint

Its been a week till I called all day left numerous messages. An email was my customer service. Thanks for that, I dont want to deal with you either. The value of individualized customer service with this company and Shell. The FasRewards provides no customer assistance. The cashiers on site suffer due no customer service on a administrative level. Im so disappointed not to recieve a request call back.

Price at the Pump

We stoped just off I 220 for gas and directions. The Lady at the counter was helpful with directions, BUT the REGULAR GAS was $5.00 a GALLON!! No joke. Merchant was "GET N Geaux, Shreveport, LA". Needless to say, we purchased a small amt and moved on. Saw Valero gas at other area stations at just above $3.00 a gallon.

Nasty Rude Cashier

There is an extremely rude, mean cashier at the Hurst Blvd & Precinct Line Rd. Location in Hurst, TX. My daughter went in by herself (She's 14, cognitively delayed and practicing life skills) so the total of the snacks she picked out was about 30 cents over what was on her debit card. So she tried to hand the cashier some quarters she had in her pocket to get the balance down, and then she was going to run her card. She was trying to explain this to him, and he would not listen, was yelling and screaming at her that there was a line behind her and she needed to hurry up and decide how to pay. He was yelling so loud at her she got upset and started crying, left her stuff on the counter and ran out. She was very upset and traumatized. What happened to showing a little patience and compassion to your customers, and maybe a little friendliness too? Especially to a kid. This man seriously needs some basic lessons on how to treat other humans.

Got bad gas

Bought gas at Valero April 1st - got bad gas , manager didnt care , cost me $900.42 to get my tank cleaned & my truck running right again. Gas from Geneo Red Bluff & Burke rd Pasadena ,Tx Need reimbursement from Valero Lisa Saddler 281-705-****

Disrespectful cashier

The Mitchell girl at norton Va volatile arguementaive rude and down right nasty she has an odor to body odor I cant really place it rotting fish maybe I wont go in the store if her vehicle is parked and shes working

Bad business

I was at Valero san Antonio, Texas 703 west commerce on 13 March 2023 10:05 to put gas. The gas pump read please wait. So I waited for 10 minutes the ladies (workers ) were restocking the store cups and coffee. I waited 10 more minutes I finally went to the door and the lady tells me they are closed. I told her the lights are on why not turn off the lights I didn't know they were closed. I thought Valero closed at 12. If the lights were iff I wouldn't have stopped and taken my business some where else earlier instead of waiting there. This is very bad business and very unprofessional.
