I have bought 3 different bags of family size rippled potato chips, all I got was broken chips in pieces just bought a bag of Conns rippled chips, big whole chips whats is your problem

Bought my first bag of UTZ chips. A $5 bag, get home open the bag and its less than half full. I will not buy another bag for that much and half of it is full of air.

I have been to 4 grocery stores in my area , NO ONE had any grandma utz original chips. They had bbq flavor but not original. I eat at least 3 family size bags a week. Why is this happening ??

- Very Poor service all I wanted to ask re various sizes re a particular chips / we are in food business . All irrelevant stuff was being asked instead of answering phone ? Yea or no Maybe you are too big and do not want additional business.

Poor Service opened bags delivered just a total mess.
I had been a big supporter of UTZ until now they are horrible. No respect or care for the customer just about taking your money and running. Obviously the shipping department are a bunch of rejects who toss bags into boxes and ship them out no pride in the product. Then you reach out to customer service respectfully sending photos of the damage and they blow you off. Then you send a rude email and get blocked that's how it done at UTZ corporate should be ashamed to hire people with such lack luster customer service skills. These people should be some where stacking boxes instead of dealing with people because they have no people skills. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ORDERING CHIPS THEY HAVE GONE SO FAR DOWN IT'S NO COMING BACK FOR THEM SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE I THINK THEY ARE THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T CARE.

Bad bag of chips
My last 4 bags has been over cooked and/or burned chips. My friend's mom bought us chips directly from the factory on Baltimore Stret, Baltimore, MD 21223. I've been eating UTZ since I was 5 yrs. Old, everyday, mostly plain..but i love every flavor, so do my family and friends. We love Utz products. I'm now 63 yrs. Old and still do.. Tell you my experience with your product Cheese puff’s Corn
I have been buying this product for past several months .I loved the cheese flavor I noticed recently in some bags I bought That the cheesy flavor I love is not the same in a few bags. Very different sort of dull flavor not stale or anything but the Flavor I got before isnt the same. I dont know why.

I bought 2 bags of Snyder special edition that were supposed to be Smoked Gouda flavored. I'm sorry but those were plain potato chips with absolutely no Smoked Gouda flavor at all. It was a disappointment as I do like my Snyder or Utz
