They promise the ability to take your information off their site, but there is no one to help and their site is set up to make it impossible
I want my personal information confidential. This company offers no options for privacy. The link they send for you to take your information down, doesn’t work; and they have no actual person to help you in the help center. Just a recorded prompt that takes you no where. *** and invasive..and just plain wrong. This company does not care about your privacy. Just their profits

I asked for one report on my son. All the info I received was no longer valid. I paid 9$. I then called ans canceled your service as I have done now 4 months in a row. You are still charging a monthly fee on my credit card. I am turning you in to the AG in Texas for Internet fraud. Next file a IC3 with the FBI. YOU ARE THEIVES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ALL OF IT.

You have billed my card 3 days consecutive . I blocked your billing but I did not authorize your account . So I want to know where you acquired my information I have been frauded in the past and I am most concerned about your tactics to obtain my information. This is an illegal act that I consider piracy. In the comments box there are people that clearly dont know me that have written reviews. In those reviews it stated that I have been married twice, have two kids and am currently married now. Another review stated that I have been involved with multiple lawsuits. Clearly lies

I have been charged $40 in my account I don't know how it even occurred for me to get in account can't even get a hold of anybody to refund my account not happy! Make sure if you want an account that you don't want to refund Make sure you're serious about having an account with these people cuz it sounds like you don't get a refund
