Cancel my subscription and refund

I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund I didn't know it was going to cost so much. I have tried calling and this is the second email that I have sent.so please send me an email and let me know received this or contact me by phone thank you. Amy

Charged twice and canceled

I bought a 3 month subscriptions as a gift for someone last year. I have now been charged 2 more time. A total of 274$. I have called multiple tumes leaving messages and nobody has returned my call. I want to be refunded immediately and stop being charged!

I am being charged again?

I ordered Urthbox in December the 3 month trial and it charged me right then and there in December. For 3 months it was around 70 dollars. I just got charged again on April 4th. I did NOT renew my subscription and I DEMAND this charge taken off my account or I will be taking further action. Scam. My account is under Molly Frey

Deceiving Practice

I gifted my niece a 3-month subscription, which came with an additional month of service. Without notifications, Urthbox renewed the subscription and charged my card. Upon contacting customer service requesting cancellation before any product was shipped, they denied my request and refused to refund the $123 subscription. The subscription is through June with the promotion I received, and now I'm paying for the 3 months that were free at the time of the original subscription gift. Deceitful and uncooperative practice, buyer beware.

Multiple problems

I gifted the 3-month vegan snack box to my friend for Christmas, and her first box came with a non-vegan item. Eric from customer support was very helpful and promised me an extra free box. However, I was charged for another 3-month subscription when I only got 2 of my 4 boxes. I put in another inquiry to Urthbox on February 3rd. The ticket I received ensuring my inquiry went through stated that I would hear back within 36 business hours. It is currently February 10th, and I havent heard anything. Honestly, I wouldnt waste your time purchasing from this company. While my friend said the snack options were great, the amount of issues Ive had with them far outweighs the pros. I should have read reviews before I bought from them because theyre all very accurate.

Cancellation

I want a full refund for this wasn't what I expected y'all took my money out twice of my account in one day same amount that needs to be back along with my full refund and cancel my order don't want it no more

Want to cancel

Tried to cancel my subscription a few months back. When I purchased the urthbox, I thought I was purchasing 3 months worth and thats it. When I realized this wasnt the case and tried to cancel the gentleman I spoke with offered no assistance in the matter and I was told he wasnt sure how to do that. I need this canceled ASAP, Im unemployed and havent had time to deal with this issue sooner as life got in the way. I look forward to hearing from someone. Thanks

Gluten Free

I have celiac disease and my children bought me Urthbox for my birthday. Coming up to the renewal date I found anumber of items that seemed perfect and I couldn't wait to dive in. However, under closer scrutiny I found that the items that were most appealing were processed on lines that also processed wheat. This is fine for people who have chosen a gluten-free diet but not for those who become ill with cross-contamination. For a person with celiac, this is not a choice. It is a medical issue. I had to eliminate 5 of the items sent to me as "gluten free". I will not recommend a renewal of this gift. I am sorry but you need to pay closer attention to diet. A lot of times it is not due to a trendy option.

Charged me without my consent

The company confuses you. Used my gift subscription in July 2020.

Company says boxes ship the FOLLOWING month on the 15th yet I didn't receive my first box until the first week of September and had to ask them for tracking info because they aren't good at communicating with their customers. This was a GIFT - I wanted ONLY to use my GIFT card and be done with this service.

I did not ask or want an additional 6-months. The service is very expensive and not worth the money.

Given a 6-month GIFT subscription July 2020 but was forced to provide my own credit card number or the order wouldn't go thru. The boxes took forever to arrive. Once the GIFT subscription ended I STILL received boxes - the company, without my knowledge, billed my credit card for an additional 6 months but only offered me a partial refund saying it was MY fault I didn't read the fine print.

Purchase

Ive tried to send a detailed email twice and call twice. Nobody has responded. We want to inquire about a holiday purchase of 19 subscriptions. This is very frustrating and disappointing. I personally received a gift and enjoyed it, but now..... ugh
