This company is a joke and sneaky.
This company is terrible with communication, signed up for a month and they charged me a year then next month. Contacted everyone and there was no help at all, only excuses.

Cancel membership
They make it very hard to cancel on top of the fact that you can't refund your purchase. Not worth the money at all and the fact they make it so hard to cancel is ridiculous on top of the fact that you can't refund.

No response after month
I paid $40 for the membership, and they had my account under review for almost a month and a half now. I've emailed him about five times, still no reasonable answer. I did what they asked me to like 3 times.

My account has been hidden without any warning or explanation and I am not getting any response for the 3 emails I haven’t sent so far.
My accountant got hidden out of nowhere. I checked the website and it states that this happens if Im behind payment for my membership but Ive only been member since February, 2023. I have great reviews and many repeated families Ive worked with. So, I dont understand why would this happen. On top of all I have sent many emails for the past 3 days but no responses. Its honestly very frustrating.

Could not view job board.
I had joined and paid for membership and background check. Even after everything had been approved I was not able to view job board. It has since been resolved. I do not know how or why.
