Not handling my complaint

Since last one month I am asking for a washing machine repaire...they have changed both motors of the washing maching ..and even stolen my motor part...I tried raising issues urban clap coustomer care is not responding...faked the drama of changing machine by taking approx 5 k till now...and now my machine is passing currentn

Complain against service personnel.

Two nos. Split AC Machines at my residence got periodical service through your service personnel and details of transactions attached herewith. Experience obtained during post service period are as per following : 1)1st AC Machine : During running condition, water seepage was there and contacted the service personnel as the validity of service warranty is available up to one month. They rectified the recurring problem several times but failed to do the needful and the issue resolved by another person from urban company after lodging special complain indicating the impact of the issue. 2)2nd AC Machine : Swing Fan Blades of the machine stopped in open condition and the service personnel, specially Shri Jyotindranath Singa advised to replace the motor (for which the blades are not moving) and as per our consent, he de-mounted the motor and retained with him for procuring similar item from market. He visited 2/3 times at my residence with new motors but due to mismatch of the same, he failed to settle the issue till date. As on date, he (Shri Singha) is not responding my phone call and no update is available towards remounting of the motor. Please extend your kind co-operations for attachment of the motor of the 2nd AC Machine at the earliest.

Very Bad experience with Urban Company

Sir I had booked (through my son)for services of Urban Company to get our Refrigerator repaired. Despite registering our request twice within few days, Not only the earlier problem persists but new problem arose after second visit of same engineer. Now on login to our account, initially we made paid request but cancelled as it was within Warranty Period of one month as advised by Mr. Chaudhary, the engineer who visited twice but could not resolve the issue and told that after two visits., he can not vvisit as per Companys policy and some senior may visit after booking for Revisit. Switching off the refrigerator on advise of visiting engineer also wasted so much food. We have again booked request on 2-7-2023 but given date of 4-7-2023 at 2-30 PM. If this is the service provided by Urban Company, then better close it down in place of harassing the customers. I tried to contact your company through number +91 124 4****50 but it is always busy. I am attaching some screen shots of bookings from your App. Please send a knowledgeable engineer to resolve the issue at the earliest. P.N.Khatri

Dear Sir / Madam, As per recent call from your representative I was been assured to arrange refund of Rs. 1,748/- immediately in UC wallet if not my bank account. Same is also not done, same is pending since last March which 6 months plus and further delay is not acceptable. Also please see attached various confirmation from UC side however no refund is done. We are surprised that in your communication you have mentioned that issues has been resolved, trying to only mislead the matter. We regret for such lack of services from UC for no mistake of us, being paid online payment same day of service and duplicate payment by cash since your system had some issues is solely your problem and as a customer I am chasing and wasting my time. Appreciate if you stop such poor after sale services leading to stress and metal agony to us. Await our refund immediately either to our bank account as per details below or UC wallet. Getting cheated from ur person

A person named Ruban Depnath came for cleaning with his team. After finishing the work he told to pay the balance amount directly to him by cancelling the service in Urban. He told me that he will give a discount of Rs.500. Total AMount is Rs 3699, I paid 500 advance and balance 3299 to pay. As per his advise after completion of service I cancelled it in Urban and req for refund. I received the amount in Urban and paid him 2700 once time and wrongly sent 2500again it was due error in gpay. I requested him to resend the amount but he refused.

Urban indicates on their website that they have refunded the money. This is lie as I have not received the credit in my account.This is a company that is committing fraud.

I booked a house cleaning service for today, June 17, 2023 at 9 am. I paid the amount of Rs 5360. No person arrived at the stipulated time. And secondly they rescheduled the appointment to Sunday, June 18 at 3 pm without consulting me. The worst part of it is they do not have any customer care number. All numbers indicated on their site do not work. This is how fraud is committed on the customer. I want to get my full refund back. Regards, Mano 988647****

House cleaning

Cleaning was done sort of ok. But damaged couple of things like door stopper. Also few items were longed up and were not removed for cleaning leaving the dirt on the floor. Didnt impress me for the price that I paid. Never plan to come to Urban again for future cleaning needs.

Want to complaint about the bad service

Closet and tiles are not completely cleaned. Only front portion of the toilet is cleaned. Talks rude and says only if you book again that can be cleaned completely. Call us or give your contact numbers to talk to you in detail. If he continued cleaning with machine it could have completely cleaned at the same time. But he refused to do. Service/repair charges and dishonesty issues

I had booked an AC repair (Gas Charging) job and Mr. AMIR Technician was assigned to carry out the repairs today. Mr. Amir reported at 11.30 instead of 10.30 am requested. Before taking up the job, he did check all the parameters and soap solution testing of the leakage to ascertain the real problem and found that there was a minor leakage through the flare nut at the condenser and tightened it. He then went to buy R410 Gas from the local market. Meanwhile, air pressure of the system stood steady. Before charging the gas, he forced me to accept the bill, which included repair charges of the condenser also. After gas charging, he started the AC and found that AHU was not functioning. He struggled hard to find the problem and loose connections if any, He could not even after video consulting with someone. What is concerning that he went on to blame that the problem had pre-existed and suggested me getting the PCB replaced. I being a retired mechanical engineer, suggested him to check the continuity of power supply by a multimeter. He found that a fuse had blown. This speaks of the competence of the technician due to which he wasted more than 4 hrs. His dishonesty and intentions are very clear from the above. Charges for condenser repair need to be reversed, Good sense prevailed that I could escape the PCB replacement charges.

Not satisfied with service

I hooked intense cleaning for 2 bathrooms on 5th March, firstly your techincian assigned did not turn up at the booked slot, nor was there any call from your side, i had to call several time and then technician came after 8 hrs, he did a half job in one bathroom and another bathroom it is almost same as earlier, when we realised this snd complained to your team we were infomed that Rs320/- will be refunded and now after so many day credit yas not happen d and now the status says job done, why dont you have customer care number? Number given in the site is wrong, why this secrecy and this is pure cheating of customers. This is called intense cleaning by you guy who hotos and video is attached
