Help with membership online , issued

Issues signing up for membership , no idea what the website did . It added people I dont even know . I cant delete them & also the parent photos are in the spot where my toddler photos belong . The caption said add photo for membership . However after adding 2 photos it said parent membership . How would I know its asking for child or parent membership ? When it said only membership twice then once I click the arrow on the 3rd click it said parent membership . I already paid & now I have no idea on what to even do at this point besides come to customer service. The place in Merrilville gave me very few details on the membership & no warning of anything . I asked questions like I was advised to do so from promotions but nobody told me anything except I have to do it myself online & they dont help with that information inside . Also I have to contact customer service for assistance as well , so now I need to see how long to resolve this so my funds arent wasted . No clue who Blake & chase even are or how they ended up on my account? Also it added my children more then once on its own . I have no idea whats wrong with this website but I need some help immediately .

Membership issue

Customer service is a hit-and-miss. The very last person I spoke to was very respectful, the one before her was awful and had an attitude. The place itself is great, but why not make the membership a quarter renewal instead of 12 months. It's boring after going so many times in a month. It's a waste of money.

Online Coupon Issues

This company was offering 40% off with a coupon code summer40 and when entered it did not reduce the total price. It ended up charging me the full price. So I went to Urban Air and they said bc I purchased tickets online they couldnt help me. Then I call customer service and they said sorry there is nothing we can do. I complained and asked for a supervisor. I was then told I had to re purchase two more tickets and they would refund me the original cost. I still have yet to see my refund. So I basically got charged twice.

Refund refusal. Wrongly dismissed over water bottle.

To whom it may concern, Im reaching out regarding a very traumatic & unfortunate experience I had at your Urban Air Tallahassee, Fl Location 1644 Governors Square Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32301 I visited this afternoon around 12pm with my young 4 year old daughter excited to show her the wonderful trampoline park. I suffer from a medical condition called Chrons disease that I take several medications to help me, that requires additional intake of water to be indulged throughout the day. As well as the fact Im an expecting mother. When we arrived at the establishment I happily signed our waivers, paid for our fees & socks.. upon walking away I was advised I needed to return my water bottle to my car due to the drink policy. Which I understand. I asked if I could keep it behind the counter and come up to use if needed. The girl behind the desk said yes. Awesome. We walked away. Upon returning the manager, whom Ive not met yet, decided to refuse the original arrangement. Then proceeded to get extremely irate and call the police when I showed that I was upset, this was not what I was told. As well as pointed out multiple Tervis reusable water bottles that were being used throughout the establishment as well as displayed along the cubbies at the entrance of the building. I have not ever been made aware of a water bottle refusal policy.. and I do feel as though I was target and profiled at the Urban Air Tallahassee establishment. I kindly asked the manager Mark Ritter for a refund. Which he then stated was another policy. They could not refund me any money and I needed to leave or he would call the police. This was a very sad situation for my daughter to witness. I understand these establishments employ young adults and customer service is something that we are seeing go out the window as a country. I would want to be aware of this is how customers were being treated at my establishment I own. I thought you should be informed. Good day, Courtney

Customer service

I 100% do not recommend for children 5 and under . This is not a friendly/safe environment for toddler kids . First experience at urban air ended in my 5 year old being physically assaulted by another child. Management should be reconsidered for this location. Staff is extremely immature and unprofessional. Post are unattended .. staff members walk around grouped up in clicks.

Customer Experience

While spectating I noticed that the workers do not cover their post accurately . There is no order nor professionalism. For my first experience , my 5 year old son and I were told to leave the premises after my kid was physically assaulted in the basic wristband/dodge ball area . There was another child who took the dodge ball and hit my kid purposely in the face because he was already crying from his first lick . I was about to get my son out from the area because of his reaction from getting hit by the same kid the first time but in the process of me telling my son to come here, the kid takes the same ball and throws it as hard as he can to hit my crying kid in the face . I can admit that the situation made me upset . When I got the opportunity to address the other kids parent, her party took immediate defense .As a result ,after both reactions, I personally feel like each party should have received equal treatment because their group posed as a threat as well . Its only my son and I against a group of 10 people maybe more I wasnt able to count. The managers direct words were that he was going to escort them out as well but instead of him following through on his word , the manager along with 6 of his employees stood outside to make a mock of the situation as a whole .

Couldn’t cancel membership

Could not cancel me membership the way agreement states , very shady company thanks this resolved my issue

The worst company and customer service ever!!!!

Purchased ticket online for me and my daughter for bday party. Apparently I signed up for a one year membershipwhat!?? I have called I have emailed I have even emailed them to not take anymore money after my 12 months and they did anyway. They are thieves and refuse to refund any money. Over 500 for ONE visit.

Trying to get a refund

I have been trying to get a refund from a on line ticket perched the first weekend this place opened in the springs. The manager couldnt do it as the tickets were sold on line. I have no problem paying full price if all is working. 6 of the attractions were closed or broken. The bathroom was disgusting. The place didnt have the correct employees to the number of guests. The manager said he was 7 short. And that this was a mess , I would like a refund as i dont have kids and I took my friend children as a special treat and it was a disaster. The guy running the bumper cars left my 6 year old stuck in a car that broke down for 10 min.as seen in photo all closed and there was more not open

Membership fees

They never contacted me back and I am still be billed for the membership dues I asked to cancel. We have 6 of them and it is way too expensive to kerp

Complaint treated my son bad

Associate spoke rudely to my son, about stacking foam blocks. Ive been coming here for many years and Ive seen many kids stacking foam blocks because thats what kids do. As soon as she was done, speaking to my son, he looks sad and told me daddy I want to go home. I dont think anyone should be talking to any child in any manner that would make them want to leave. I wont be back unless my son can stack as many blocks as he wants.

Continued charges after paying for Year membership

Urban air will continue to charge your account even after you have completing their one year membership obligation. You cannot even cancel the membership when you dont even use it any more. DO NOT PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP! It is a trap because if you no longer use it after any amount of time before the year is up you still have to pay for that year then they still charge you after the year!

Discrimination between kids

The manager and the assistant manager in Waco they make discrimination between kids and they make they one rules for what activities the kids can do depending on kids race please contact me for more info

Account

My daughter Elena did in the hospital I have spoke to management team about crediting my account and putting a stop on my account because she was in the hospital the credit comes in because they did not cancel out my account while my daughter was in the hospital and even now when she is home but recovering she cannot go to the trampoline park and jump they still kept telling me and billing me and not crediting my account back I called? Service number and all they did was tell me that I got to put in a dispute with my bank and I think has to call their billing department to dispute it but aside from that oh it's your normal feeling cycle date so there's nothing we can do but for the future we can put your account on a 90 day hold right now so why couldn't they do this sooner

They refused to cancel my membership

This company has tried pulling a monthly payment after weve only been able to use the membership once. The membership does not work for every location and I asked them to cancel the membership, they refused and asked me to provide documentation that I moved. I told them no and threatened to stop payment through my bank. Customers shouldnt have to feel forced into your products. Pure ridiculous and this is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. You cant force people to spend their money with your company.

Accidentally filled out a membership thinking it was a waiver

They want a full 12 months of payments even though we have attended the place one time. Dont get a membership here they are after your money and will take it.
