Ma wanted to withdraw money
I have paid off the loan and I don't have money to recharge, I want to return all the money I have deposited. There are 4 tasks pending, so I have run out of money, now what should I do? One requests me to refund my deposited amount so that I can re-task with that deposit.

In a time when you should be making money and youre not--its time to rethink the business model. . FYI: Its no wonder UPWORK is a failing company. The website needs workbut UPWORK doesnt take to kindly to suggestions. For instance, to randomly reset our user privacy setting (to invisible to clients) is nonsense and the sad excuse for doing so is ridiculous. Upwork is not doing anyone a favor by blocking accounts and for such frivolous reasons as its just doing dirty to freelancers and employers, alike. Plus, it was very childish of Upwork to suspend my account for suggesting they stop playing with our privacy settings and proves my point that UPWORK is useless. . Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support. . I dont need to contact anyone. Youre not the boss of me! . Unfortunately, Upwork practices a crude and sloppy way of doing business. To treat its users with such utter disrespect is not good PR, for sure. . Its no wonder Upwork is suffering big loses when every day it wastes even more money, effort, and resources defending its stupid decisions on too many similar complaints. Without doubt, Upwork doesnt follow the SDLC or process improvement methodology. And surely Upwork never tests its website properly or with qualified users. And there are other problems with Upwork and its website too numerous to mention. . To be in business for profit or notUpwork just doesnt have the know-how to get it rightwhich is indicative of piss-poor management. Just try to get in touch with them and youll find its intentionally a big hassle and indicative of people who just dont give a damn. So I dont see this iteration of Upwork lasting much longer as flushing good money down the toilet to support a crap site in dire need of a full upgrade by incompetent folks who are obviously clueless is evidently not the best investment. . Every job I apply for gets taken off of Upwork is s there any legit jobs on upkeep they all seem fake like they are all scams I'm starting to think this is as bad site and I may need to report this site to the BBB and the United States government this whole experience has felt like a scam especially because we are having to put in a bid for the each job we apply for, this is so weird and odd

06.07.2023 I was comming from my holidays in France and got a mail, that my swisspass gets blocked. I has to refill my details- but that was a fishing mail. Scammed by upwork service provider
I was contacted by Eduardo Guiterrez thru upwork after i posted a need for a draftsman for an owner builder ADU. He convinced me to hire him 4/17/23 but not go thru upwork to avoid paying the fee and he would pass the saving as a discount to me. I payed him $1500 for building plans for a 500 sq ft ADU. He had not produced anything usable after 8 weeks and did not seem to know what he was doing. He was asking for final payment before he would send me anything else. I fired him and he has since refused to refund my money, making promises to send it but keeps extending the date of refund. I don't expect to get the money as he says he's in Mexico.I wanted to bring this to your attention as he seems to be using your platform to obtain fraud victims.

I'm being scammed through platform I've send my identification to two companies the contract me in the app then started to contact me on teams and another one contacts me on telegram one send me a check for $5,000 I never worked for them they said it's for work equipment I think that's odd and I want to send it back and also speak to some here at Upwork about the situation

Got scammed by a freelancer and upwork is refusing to refund
By making a mistake in the settings of a contract, the freelancer abused this opportunity to charge me 10K without my knowledge or consent. Upwork has been a nightmare to deal with and it has been a week of not hearing back from them about the case. I am SO angry at upwork. DO NOT USE they will not help or defend you and their settings are so confusing that most people will make the same mistake.

Oct 2022 I was told by upwork they issued my refund to then closed account. It's April 2023 and still haven't received my money!

I asked for a refund in Oct 2022, they issued back to the platform. I told them, my bank account was closed, and needed to send to different account, I gave. I waited long time and found they sent to account that was closed sense August 2022. That bank said, sent back and Upwork still saying, not received.. not true! They received, and still haven't sent my funds back and it's 2023! Upwork defense is a ARN number sent, not returned. Card funds sent after 30days of closed are bounced directly back, basically, never reaching destination.. Upwork know that!
