My cash back has not being added to my account I use the same credit card and I get my gas mostly through the same gas station Exxon Im missing a lot of cash back money

App fails. NO customer service
Received numerous emails that I was not going to receive cash back unless I confirmed CC used as it was not in wallet. Card is in wallet and app fails to work to confirm. No way to talk to customer service.

I switched phones and I lost $26 I believe was the amount in my bank 120 then I tried to use it once I got my new phone and I mistakenly hit the claim button with 30 gallons at 61 cents and I could not retrieve the money and I just went down to try a to get more gasoline and the app said I had to add a new card even though I didn't delete it from my account. I tried to add a card with no success

Stole my money
I had over a hundred dollars in my account and now I cant get any response on how to get it back. And dealing with this is just a pain and not worth using the app. If it was an update to the app I should have been notified but wasnt and havent seen anything on social media.

Used wrong card with first purchase.
On June 23rd I purchased 70.00 gas at 2516 N Lee Highway Shell truck stop and used wrong card. Went in and asked them to stop that card so I could use the right one. I did and claimed the purchase but never got a response from you. Daughter sent all the info you. Can you reconsider this purchase? T

Didn't let me upload receipt. Been cheated out of money back before. Seems to be a scam. Tried to call and talk to a person but no that's not gonna happen. Very disappointed in thus. SCAM ALERT!!!

I will file a complaint with the Illinois States Attorney office to resolve this matter.for false advertising cad back from using the upside app. It is a rip-off you can in for a gift card when you receive it its in valid.

I joined thru my sister's invitation I got my money $7.48 in my upside account but I am not showing up in her network and she hasn't received her $20.00 bonus or her .1 cents per gallon that it took for me to fill up this is *** If you are not going to fix this my review on Google is not going to go well at all

Invalid gift cards
I feel like upside is a ripoff when issuing invalid gift cards to their customers. I wont be using the upside app until this matter is resolved.

I cashed in my earnings for a gift card when I received the e-gift card and tried to use it zi was told the hard is invalid
Invalid gift cards this has happened twice Last year I cashed in $20.00 for a gift card that is invalid. It has happened again a few days ago when I cashed in $25.00 for a gift card that is also invalid.

I want to check if my purchase at Casey's was processed
I have not received payment for this purchase yet. At the time of purchase it would not let me take the picture to upload only asked for my credit card number. So then I had to upload my new card number and go back in. So I would like to know if it was accepted. Is Caseys good with the new system? Can you please make sure the attached receipt is uploaded for payment?

Would not print my receipt to show what I paid him would not let me put my card in to pay at the pump had to go inside and pre-pay $45 ended up only paying $41.60
