They steal stuff

Someone at UPS stole a phone I was returning. Case made it back to Apple in 2 days. Phone never showed up. Big surprise.

My order did not get delivered. I did not receive my order.

Wednesday evening I made sure that my package will be delivered. I talk to someone from UPS. I asked him did they have the right address they said yes I asked mean to repeat the entries he repeated the address in the address was right I called again three times they repeated the address and they tell me my pics. Will be there on Thursday. For 1:00pm until 7 PM nobody didnt show up so I called again at Friday morning at 8 oclock Ill talk to woman she told me yes Miss LOCKHART your package will be delivered today at 12:45 I waited 1245 past didnt see a package so I called again its going on 3 oclock didnt see a packet. Ill talk to someone again about my package. They make me talk to like eight or nine peoples about my package I had to say my address by 50 times, so to meet is sound like UPS driver delivering my package to the wrong address and he change the address then later I had my husband get some tennis shoes he said deliver the package they never show up so I made a claim on both package and Ill apples I have three package so I am sick and tired of UPS line seeing they dropped off my package at my front door and they havent dropped off no package the people did you hear driving they are stealing people package. I dont date a claim on all of my package. My next step is call channel 4 news how UPS have the driver changes the address and take the package somewhere else?

Rude customer service

Store at 2800 University, West Des Moines, Iowa. Employee by the name of Lucas. He was rude, unkept, no name tag & generally didnt want to be there. Did not greet me (or any customer) or say thank you. Simply wanted to drop off a box ready for shipping. He rudely pointed to scale. I asked his name, as he had no name tag. He told me GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, as I walked out the door. Will never go back in there.

Complaint

My address is 301 N Jefferson St Apt 201 Mount Union Pa 17066. I am disabled and I live up a flight of steps. Drivers been told by numerous tenants how to go in building but deliveries are left freely outside building. I would appreciate if this message could get to someone that can please help.

Unable to use business account for shipping

Very disappointed with the service, the customer service is horrible. Still no luck with fixing my Business account for shipping, which we shipped several times a week. UPS do better.

P.O. Box Number Changed by FORCE

We are forced to change our 3 digit box number to a 4 digit number. The cost of doing this is overwhelming. We must MAIL notifications to all our vendors and customers. Many of which we might not be aware of. The time involved in doing this is astronomical. Additionally, our mail might be deliverd to the newer possessor of the 3 digit box number, If we choose to retain our 3 digit number, we will lose access to the box when the center is closed at night, weekends. Also, we will need to get in a line during busier hours to have a clerk retrieve our mail. This is time consuming. If we must notify everyone of a NEW BOX NUMBER, (an address change) we might as well relocate to a different PO BOX CENTER elsewhere.

Public defamation

I've been trying to contact your customer service dept. phone number and can't get through. I'm contacting you regarding a very negative and defamatory situation that happened to me in one of your stores #6185 in Seaford Delaware. Package delivery confirmation

After one and half hours I finally got to talk to a real person on the phone. I needed proof of delivery over 120 days. When I finally got to talk to someone they were able to help me.

Not able to talk to a person

I did not reseave my package as said it said it was delivered to my mail box I live in a moble park with a 100 mailboxs all together a generator is not going to fit in a mail box I am trying to find my package my tracking number is fly 9127l65154

Live human

I need to extend my mailbox at pinole ups. I cannot get a human. I still have not resolved this issue. I am livid at this point because I have spent hours trying to resolve this and it looks like I will have to spend all day tomorrow traveling to this stupid store to pay for extension. Why is nobody answering the line at this store? How am I supposed to do anything if I can't call and receive an answer?

Lost/theft

The store stole my 90$ package . Was to receive it July 29. It shows it never left the store and Cody the employee say its gone and I dont get a refund, that box I worth 7 k, I will pursue legally if you continue to avoid me .
