Failure to provide refund
Paid up to $1300 on case, moved out of state, and was unable to file the case in the state called and canceled gave reason and they have refused by not doing it is sending me my money. This place was a scam and should be brought to justice.

I came on board with Upright Law in regards to me filing for a bankruptcy, chapter 7. I was told I could make payments, due to the fact of me having just an income of SSD
They took $1,500 from me in payments, from which would be a total of the $1,800 fee for the bankruptcy. In May of I spoke with secretary staff to ask them if I had $300 more left to pay, what would be the next step. I did and got c/m. Nothing I found on line for them was null in void, no emails worked, nor phone#s I got nothing from them to say they were closing up. Im now talking to the Bar for Fla. Good luck to all!

UPRIGHT LAW took my money and never bother calling me about them closing their offices and then I go online and I see that there is some type of dispute where they were supposed to give customers back
uPRIGHT LAW has actually left town picked up and packed and went for places unknown with $1500 of my money. None of the emails or phone numbers I have for them for the past two years of making payments work nor does the email work I contacted the Fla bar exam and Im not getting any concrete information so they told me to keep pursuing. Im looking for how to resolve the situation, but I want my money back.

It took me longer to file because of a hospital stay so they wanted to send my money back to me I said ok they said it would take 60 days to receive it almost 90 now and still nothing get a busy signal every time I call and when I try to log into my account it doesn't recognize my email or phone number

I paid in full. I reconsidered and asked for a refund. After many months after my request, I received an email from a company called Bill indicating I should look for a check amount of $88.00. WRONG!!

They refuse to contact me back. I was told that they would review my case and get back to me about a refund. I have never heard anything from them!
I paid them for my case, I was assigned a lawyer who told me that I should wait to file because I had charged my accounts to the limit and then stopped paying. Then Covid shut everything down and I was assigned a new lawyer after everything opened again. I was unable to download the paperwork because I dont have a computer or scanner. They then closed my case and refused to give me a refund!!!
