Baseless app Unprofessional desperate staff They keep on calling 100 times a day The one named suman their counsellor called me from 30-35 different numbers continuously even i told her i am not interested in that course she even gave my number to others to call me

Hi Team I have enrolled myself for m.sc data science through upgrade but now I want to cancel my admission because I have better opportunity from Canada University. I have submitted my full fees which is 5 lakh. No one listen to me from upgrade and I have connected with my buddy up and admission person (Krishna ) he is not responding now. Network issue because since when I am attending class
Since when I am attending class i cannot see the faculty please help me and call me as soon as as possible I have send a mail to upgrad campus but no reply came from there I cannot see the faculty and some how I attend the class but facing problem with network please can you contact me I am sharing images to you so you might be clear.so.many days I am feeling the problem I don't understand why it is happening with me

Yes. Still having issue. My councillor is not at all supportive. Never resolves my query. Ignore my phone call. Never give me assistance

Bad experience with counsellors
I have taken counselling for business analytics course and the name of my counsellor is shahzath khan...i have not bothered him much regarding my admission procedure but he use to call and msg as it's part of his job but due to some issues i was not able to took admission and i took somewhere else and the same reason i portrayed to him as he called me but the way he has taken my words is seriously miserable and i can't expect such kind of service from such a highly reputed institute He has just abused me for no reason and has reached far to my personal life by doubting at my courtesy as well as professional experience...it was really disappointing and as well as not expected and thus in future i can't think for myself and can't even recommend someone else to take admission over there becz it seriously has hurt my expectations that there staff can treat there clients such miserably

Phishing policy and more a financial trap
I have lost 82k+ rupees uptill now and it's still counting in last 3 months. After having sent close to 40 emails, no action taken yet. Neither their finance team nor refunds team responds. I will apprise to PMO in few days, with all their policies and duping activities which they call as legal. I have every thing on records.

Bad experience with upgrad
Coordinator not attending to my calls, customer care number not reachable..having a terrible experience..very unprofessional response from upgrad. They took joining fee and also first EMI even after reminding them not to do so..my money of around Rs.33,000 is with upgrad.Please arrange a call back immediately.

Because they have told only to join for 6 months online class after that straight to Germany after paying every money only they are saying that yiu have to collect ects and all

Hello, I have been receiving your contact no. +918068****57 which is reflected as upGrad Admission Counselor truecaller, today, at 1:13 PM I have received 3 consecutive I've calls from your agent, whosoever it might be, I declined the 1st two calls, however I had to pick it up the third time due to your continuing nuisance. Immediately after picking up the third time I contained about the frequent and consecutive calls but the agent on the other side without verifying behaved rudely and outrightly denied the complaint despite being ade aware of the fact that the current call being the third one within a minute and I have screenshots to prove it. But instead of apologizing your agent misbehaved and refused to disclose her name to prevent me from filing a named complaint. You need to understand if we are Interested in pursuing any course with you we will contact you ourselves there is no need for you to be persistent to the extent it becomes a nuisance to us.

When I am trying to raise a complaint, after filling all forms, it says OTP sent to your mail ID... I have been waiting since 10 mins... and resent OTP multiple times... but no success... so what is the fun if the customer cannot even raise a complaint easily!ok
