Money not paid to recipient

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN With due respect i am writing to know what is happening. I wired about $55,000 to a Beneficiary Union Bank Account at Adeniji Branch on the 3rd of July 2023 and the money was available in the recipients account on or before 11th of July 2023. She was able to receive about $33,000, left to be paid approximately $12,000 before charges. The Beneficiary name is: Doreen Ekwutosi Azike Bank: Union Bank, Adeniji Branch. Originator (Sender) Name: Janet Ibe Bank: Wells Fargo Bank, MN, United State i will keep other sensitive information for security reason unless otherwise requested for. Can't use the banking aystem

Union unable use the mobile to the app to conduct basic transfer, and even basic website access is also now disabled

Debited without delivering

Yeah, there is still an issue on my account because my complaint of last week has not been reviewed yet. I told you I was debited without the money being delivered since on the 11th of this month. This is so annoying, yet you keep telling me to wait, for how long do I have to wait?

Transaction error,

Good morning, I reported a transaction declined some weeks ago about my transaction at fueling station and yet I have not receive reverser of my money back. This transaction happened on the 19th of April 2023, at total service station, it was 2 different transaction which one is declined and the second one was approved.till now my #5000 is yet to be reversed. Another transaction was declined again at fueling station AP fueling station oba akran ikeja, #10,000 was declined. The total money expected for reverser is now #15,0000. Pls let's avoid unexpected reaction and social media drama, I'm hard earning man and wouldn't want my little penny hold by your bank.

I WAS DEBITED ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASSION AND REVERSAL NOT YET INITIATED

Dear Union Bank, Am not really happy with the development and what union bank has grown to become as the name depicted"BIG,STRONG,RELIABLE.its saddening that lately union bank does not represent that name lately. On the 17th of February,2023,i used a filling station pos but the transaction was declined(N12,041),i was later debited which i complained to union bank,iyana isolo countless time but yet not reversed. On the 15th of March,2023,i transferred N10,000 to Uba,A/c no 206545****(chukwuemeka Amos) on aUnion bank Atm machine which did not went through cause on the machine it stated issuer or switch inoperative,i complained to Union bank,iyana isolo but yet not reversed. On the 16th of March,2023,i used a filling station pos(Ibuwas oil and gas) after purchasing diesel of N59,000,but it was declined,i refused trial the second time as am scared of being debited and told them i will transfer to them later,i was debited later also,i also complained to union bank,iyana isolo but yet not reversed all they say is i should give them 10 working days and my company is on my neck for this money as after thorough confirmation that this money has not gotten to the other end,ive been forced to pay again. Please,i need this money back as soon as possible as this will determine if i will need to continue to bank with union bank or close my a/c with you and listen to the way people criticize union bank. Dispense error complaint

It's been more than a month now since this dispense error happened ..I was in one the branch on Thursday and one customer service representative told me the funds are in my account anymore....

Terver Daniel sesugh Account number 018011**** Phone number 0815515**** After unsuccessful transaction I was debited 200,000 twice the total of 400,000 on Nov 1. I lodge the complaint on Nov 2 2022 on the Nov 8 I got revised credit alert but I couldn't have access to the money I went to masaka branch I was told to wait that the money is in ledger balance with in 24hrs I'll have the money in my available balance after 24hrs there was nothing in my available balance I had to contact the customer service and i was made to understand that is supposed to be 48 hrs .. on the 11 Nov I received a debit alert of the same that was revised. My account balance was showing in minus... it is more than one more than month that's how different customer service agent have been telling different story till today nothing is done
