Lumber receipt delivered Hopkins MN 10/02/22

From Wardere transport truck 100 TRL 63747 I did not received my lumber fees paper ???why wwwwwhywwwwwhy

Credit is not being applied to our account.

Cant reach anyone in accounting. I have had a credit on our account that does not get applied to our order. We just placed an October order. I sent an email asking for our credit.

Warehouse position

Needed help setting up a account

No one is helpful at all, truly wish their was another company that had access to the products I need I would never call UNFI FOR ANYTHING!!!

DOT Employment Verification

I waited for an hour trying to get a fax# for a DOT Employment VOE! Ashley Smith did GREAT getting the info I needed! We have 3000 truckers and give out verifications for them, UNFI should be able to provide better service in this area.

The employees are the worst there when when you call. No clear answers just being pushed to the next customer service representative.

Customer service. Employees seem to be moody and snippy. My friends roommate works there and he doesn't like the management so he calls out twice a week almost every week. He even told them his mom died because he doesn't like to be there. That's a pretty big reg flag to me. Number one nobody is holding him responsible for his attendance and that makes him have less respect for his job/work ethic. If the boss doesn't care then neither do I type of attitude. And everytime you call you get passed on to so many different representatives you almost forget why you called in the first place. So basically none of them are being held accountable either. SMH I like getting a straight answer and feeling like I'm appreciated when I shop somewhere. But I don't ever get that vibe from here. Happy workers are more willing to go the extra distance then unhappy workers it's a fact. Also holding employees responsible for their duties and showing then gratitude tends to create a better work force.

Requesting w2 for 2020

No option to talk to HR I need the number so I can file my taxes. I had a situation where I could not obtain my mail for a period of time and it is lost.

Copies of pay stubs jan thru apr 2021

Multiple Unshipped Customer Orders

It turns out that UNFI was not the correct business to reach out to. I needed to contact Honest Green. UNFI and Honest Green are affiliates and do not have each others shipping information.

My customers are disgruntled

The company I used to work for always used Select Nutrition, a company I gather that was taken over by UNFI. When I started my Nutraceutical company, I began using them as our tertiary supplier.. We are in Mid-January, and we have orders that were placed on black Friday that still haven't been fulfilled. First they claimed UPS said all the packages were destroyed in transit & they would issue me a credit once returned. Their auto-attendant is broken speaking some type of computer gibberish. After reaching someone after holding nearly an hour, I was referred to the claims department, where there was no representative or voicemail and the call disconnected. After I reached out via email, I got a response that it would take 3 weeks for them even look at my claim ticket, and they advised me to reorder. I did so, and it's been 4 days, they confirmed my new order and said it would be shipping. I looked unfi.com in pur order history, and it still shows nothing has been reordered. I am exhausted with chasing them!

Need copy of My Retirement paper

Was told that my request would be given to the person in charge of sending out my papers needed but still havent heard from anyone or received any information about my request

I called no answer right away or call back right away answer right away so people can get in touch with you and help people get work
