I ordered the wrong things last night
My dog loves it and everything you said about it is true his *** don't have that loud reeking smell, and he doesn't have to use it as often as before. He's full of even more energy and he super jolly. He's not itching anymore and its only been 3 days and I see the difference already. Thanks Doc You're a lifesaver.

Called no one answered. Can't give a rating because the dog food did not work out for my Jack Russell Terrier.

No worries I was confused with the pissed customer thing. I made a call to the company because I was told that sometimes when you call there are deals on the Pet nutrition that are not on the Internet. I was unable to make contact with any person so I just didnt try anymore. I have been using the product maybe about Six years and again I was just calling to order and see if there was a deal thats not on the Internet and then I receive this pissed customer thing which I dont think has anything to do with me but I tried to make contact to find out if it did. Im not pissed about anything Im just looking for a little better deal than what the Internet has to offer. I was told while ordering one time from a customer representative they gave me a better deal since I called in at the right time and indicated that this takes place from time to time and you can get a better deal sometimes if its going on. Thats all no more than that. Thats what I was doing. Earlier today I was contacted by the company with concerns about what was going on with me I had no time to answer that text but I am answering this one. I will still try to call and speak to a representative before I order because its getting expensive and things are tough but its a great product and I want it hopefully for a little less than whats on the Internet thank you Charlie Cahaly

Im not sure if I understand regarding pissed consumer. Is that true that that site was for pissed consumers because Im not one of them. I am a very well satisfied customer for at least maybe six years. I was only calling because I was told during my last order when I didnt make a call and I did not order from the Internet theres sometimes they are promotions going on that the Internet doesnt that make you aware of s so I was calling to do an order and see if there was a discount that the Internet didnt have on it. Fraud. We ordered one jar and they charged us for 3 jars and refuse to correct

I ordered one bag of the food & now they have sent me another one! I am going to refuse it, call my bank and have the charge taken off. I read the reviews and this stuff is terrible. My dog won't eat it.Don't buy

Happy with the food and don't believe they deserve such negative reviews.
Have been feeding my dog Farmer's Dog for a couple years and while I know it is a very healthy food and every visiting dog snarfs up anything they find on his plate, my little guy will not eat it unless I add shredded cheese or meat scrapes, etc. - anyway, not a review of Farmers' Dog. Just tried Nutra Complete Freeze Dried and he loves it - dry preferred. I had also ordered the Nutra Thrive jars and he does not like the taste of it so I called to cancel my subscription for it and received very good customer service. Will be ordering more of Nutra Complete food for him. Also is 1/2 the price of FD.

Have not heard from Ultimate Pet Nutrition
My dog on Christmas Eve was so sick vomiting, thought I was going to lose her. It was 1/2 an hour after I fed her Ultimate Pet Nutrition, followed directions that were sent to me by Ultimate Pet Nutrition. All I can say people, is beware, they do not care. Sent a box $154.00 plus $30.00 to ship it back UPS. No refund, no contact from customer service, scam.

They do not care about customers or pets. My dog was so sick, no one has even made an attempt to call me or email. Poor, poor business. I followed their directions to a T. I UPS a box of food not opened...cost $30.00 to send it back. Scam. Never again.

I UPS unopened Ultimate Pet Nutrition back to your company in December. I still have not seen refund on my bank statement. If I don't hear from you soon, I will contact BBB. My dog vomited on Christmas Eve after I carefully got her off old dog food and on Ultimate Pet Nutrition food. I thought she was going to die. I never saw a dog vomit like that. I hope Ultimate Pet Nutrition refunds my merchandise soon...It cost me $30.00 to send it back by UPS. Customer service was no help on this issue. Beware people. Its all within the 90 day guarantee. I started my dog on Ultimate Pet Nutrition (UPN) about 6 months ago and now my FurTeen (Fur baby+He is Fourteen) has irreversible Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). I didnt realize it was because of the UPN until it was too late. My Dachshund, Peanut, should live at least 2 more years. If He dies, I will be contacting the company with a Lawyer and a Necropsy report to file charges.

I am not happy with the 6 jars of Nutra Thrive feline supplement I received. All 6-8 cm jars were only filled up to 1.5 cm, which is extremely misleading and unethical. With the American exchange and total cost, each jar ended up costing me $45 for each jar for an almost empty jar. It is a huge rip off. Dee Holt
