Info. To hard to contact

You suck ! I had to go through 3 codes and two secret hand shakes just to get approved. To call.you I wanted to buy something from you but tbe hassle with the phone wasn 't worth it. I wanted a chainsaw handle fory shockwave 410 But all the garbage I had to go through with the codes and what not isn't worth the hassle Apparently you don't need the business because you make it so hard to contact a rep. If you want to do business withe call 330 823 **** and you won't need any codes to get through. B LIPHUM

Broken sight

I will never buy any products from this company.

I bought a over the slide rail for my gun it came with RD 400 red dot sight. The first time I pulled the slide on my gun the dot stopped working and will not come back on. Looks and price can be deceiving.

A waist

Amazoned the green glow paint for pistol sights. Supposed to be oil based. Is like watery jello. Water based. Will not stick to anything. Waist of time and money.

Very pissed consumer

I have been waiting for my order to be delivered an it has never showed up call the customer service number and the very gentleman on the other end of the phone said that there was nothing he could do about it. No I will not buy anything else from the company

Junk

i purchased a drop rig holster it was sewen togesther wrong and it has no thumb break. so you cant open it. i sent 2 emails no reply, no supprise oh , ultimate arms and global sportsman is the same knock off company. also theres no lable on there holster . wonder who or whete its made

Jay Cohen, Paul Cohen (aka Paul Rappaport), and Ultimate Arms Gear...thieves

They ordered a production run of 400 shotgun muzzle attachments from us and we tooled up and made them. Paul Rappaport called us and gave us a credit card number to pay for the parts. After it taking a week for the card to not be declined we finally got the card to process. The CC server put a hold on the funds because of the amount for a week and we finally got paid for the order. We spent a hectic week refinishing and packaging the parts to Mr Rappaport's specifications (parts were listed as "backordered, 1-2 week ship time). On the day this order was shipping, Mr Rappaport calls wanting to cancel the order (breach of contract anyone?). I told him that the parts were already boxed and heading out. Three days later they received their parts and a week after that Mr Rappaport filed a chargeback directly through his bank. We were dealing with the credit card server on this matter and they advised that we contact our lawyer because Ultimate Arms Gear and Mr Rappaport had not returned the merchandise and claimed they never ordered the parts which got our card server account locked because of this supposed fraud. The chargeback hit our account and we contacted our lawyer and Mr Rappaport regarding this issue. Mr Rappaport proceeded to shout us down on the phone and was a belligerent and unreasonable ***. He then wanted us to pay to ship the parts he ordered back here, we informed him that he was in breach of contract and we were not going to pay $400-500 to return the order he skipped out on. He then threatened to charge us a "storage fee" on the parts (ostensibly to justify keeping them for free if given enough "storage" time). If he had, in fact, not solicited and ordered the parts he could have simply marked the packages "Return To Sender" and USPS would have returned the packages here at no charge. However, since he had solicited and ordered the parts, he knew it would be a federal offense to do so and instead chose to try to chisel us out of more money rather than paying his bill or at the very least paying to return the parts he skipped out on. A month later and we are still dealing with his crooked antics, he has nearly bankrupted our business by his actions (cost of the parts run plus a month of no revenue because his action got our card server locked). He is nothing more than a crook who will screw others over for personal gain. We have made several attempts to resolve this issue and Mr Rappaport (aka Mr Cohen....two different names used by the same man....hmm) has avoided any accountability on this matter and has continued to be a belligerent ***. We have contacted our lawyer, we filed a case with the NJ State Attorney, and we are likely going to press charges for possession of stolen property with the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office. Do yourself and the gun community a favor by NOT buying or selling anything from these New Jersey shysters.

Ultimate Arms Gear

I have to say this was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I placed an order on Feb 14,2016 and was emailed a response stating my item shipped on the 17th and to expect the package no later than the 24th. Well while tracking the packing through the USPS tracking number provided I noticed there was no activity since the original "Shipper has received shipping details" so I called and was told it has shipped. Still after waiting a few more days I called again and I was then told and this is a direct quote.."YOUR JUST GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO." WOW!!! I was astonished at this response and he also stated he was the manager of this company. I attempted to post my complaint on the FB site and finally got someone to address my issue and finally actually sent my package which I received 3 weeks after the order date. I will never do business with this company again. It appears there may only be ONE person at this company that actually cares about customer service. What a shame because I do like the produce I FINALLY received and would have purchased more from this company. I will be sharing my experience at the Sportmans club for sure. Bad business to deal with.

i sent bck n accessory that didnt fit n its been over 6 weeks I haven't received my re-fund.. they sure know how to take your money fast.. still trying to get my money bck ...:(

I had the same general problem, only with a green laser...

I ordered a picatinny mount for my 9mm S&W. they showed several different styles, I chose the one that matched my pistol model exactly. I really liked t because it had 2 lockdown screws to secure. I get my laser, open the shipping package and the first thing i noticed was the identity lable had been peeled off. I opened the box and it was one with only 1 clamp screw. I called them up and explained this they said ship it back, so i did on my dime of course. I waited 3 weeks to get refunded my money, sent 4 e-mails and never heard a thing from them. Finally I called and asked for my money, i explained about the screws and the guy said oh yeah, we musta been out of that one. Long story short, i got part of the money back, I called again and this time they denied that they ship the wrong item and there was nothing they could do about the 10% restocking fee. I shortened this up quit abit, but I ended up using some profanity and hung up
