You sold us a lemon of a beverage bar!

They did not address the details of my email which was to request a new refrigerator before this warrantly runs out. All they did was send me and the service company confirming that the second major part had been ordered. I have requested the contact info for the manager and president of ULine. Here is the correspondence from a product of yours we bought for alomst $2000 and we have not been able to use it all summer. We would like a new refrigerator. I am rpepared to go to Better Business Bureau, etc. The 2 main parts of this appliance have broken after less than 9 months of use. I have written once before on August 17 and you did not have the courtsey of replying. I would like you to respond to this ASAP. Your website does not work!

I have just spent the last 45 minutes writing you about a lemon of a product that was sold to us. I waited for the code, got it and put it in the spot. The verify button wouldn't work. Now I have lost my email. This is the second time I have written to you. This is my first email that you never answered. Please answer ASAP! 9 of 20 We are requesting a new refrigerator. On June 29, 2022 we purchased the ULine -1 Class 194 Can Beverage Cooler from Pacific Sales in Torrance, CA. We had water damage in our house and did not have it installed until mid September as we had to be out of the house getting all new floors. They did not tell us that we had to pay $175 for its installation which we had to arrange ourselves. From the beginning, it didn't seem that it kept things cool. Customer Number is: 2601****. A few months later I requested someone to come out from Profix Appliance. The serviceman said that it wasn't that cold, but made an excuse about the heat or something. In July, the thing stopped working completely. We lost several expensive bottles of Veuve Cliquot champagne as well as expensive wine and beer. After waiting Profix sent out another person and he diagnosed that it was a broken condenser fan. Finally today, he came out to install it and it turns out the board is also broken. That means that they will have to order a new part and we will have to wait. We have already been without this refrigerator all summer. We do not want to keep this refrigerator as it is obviously a lemon. We will be filing a complaint if it is not replaced and installed at your expense ASAP. It is ridiculous to have a new appliance with so man y problems. I do not have room in my refrigerator for drinks. When we have people over, I have to move things out of the main refrigerator to find a drink. I have documentation for all of the above. Nasty marketing

I have unsubscribed from their email lists, as they come with new names to go around the blocked ones.They never contacted me

I did cancel my subscription to their catalog, but they keep sending it. Then I refused their catalogs (send them back) a couple of times. Now they are sensing two catalogs at a time to "current occupant" so I cannot refuse them. It doesn't make sense they decide to waste their money and our resources just because they can. Nasty business
