Hard time getting Ubox picked up and delivered

Since the day of the storm when my original pick up date was scheduled I had not heard from Uhaul about any changes made. I went up to the facility to see what was happening because I called twice with a hold time of almost 2 hours each call. Still got nothing handle once I went up there. Stood in line for an hour almost just to ask a question on my pick up date for the ubox from my old address. Here it is day 3 and that ubox is till at my old address. They told me that the driver would pick up 2 days prior. No luck with that. I got a text an hour ago saying that my newest pickup date will be 9/2 for delivery to my new address also. I am not going to hold my breath on that. Folks whatever you do don't do that ubox deal. It's a huge headache and the ladies are not trained to handle any ubox issues. Heard from their own mouths. I left this town in 1997 and uhaul has not changed one bit on their process of getting a rental. Same long line. Same hour and a half almost in line.Same employees that don't smile, walk slow to help customers, talks rude, and the gut that does all that running around still does all that but he is a newer employees since 1997. Changes really need to be made immediately. Full training mode needs to take place.Dont applyGo to Pods for this job if your weak

No response and accountability.

Stay far away, I had a 7/5 U haul box sent from Ottawa to Edmonton. The box arrived damaged, like it had fallen or tumbled. We opened it and found most if not all our goods damaged. TV, mirrors, vacuum kids study desks, work stations PCs. At the very least I expect replacement of damaged property. I need to hear back from Head office asap. Thanks.

U-Haul box and goods damaged

Refund needed

This company has the worst trucks and is unable to service them or replace them That day Iet another lady that had the same problem with them. They are also to respond in a timely manner and I'm still waiting on a refund on the rental 4 days later. But they were quick to charge me for the time I did have the truck and most of that was waiting on roadside assistance which didn't help they came with pliers and a screwdriver. Go with

Subjects stranded

Subjects have been stranded on side of the road for 3 hours and u haul has yet to find any help for these subjects its 100 degrees outside

Need to make a payment

Signed up for auto pay. Last month it was used for payment. This month I have been charged a late payment and auto pay was not used. I do not think I should pay a late charge when I was secure in auto pay would be used. Please help. #232 Bldg.A. Sorry do not have paper with me.

Uhaul twice last week did not deliver reserved vehicle for my move

Sat for 5 hours on wed. And 7 hours on sat. Never got the code for key their 24/7 mobile pick up app platform is junk , turns out it wasn't scanning the back of my license, now I don't k own when or where my things are my daughters ashes all my sentimental things because landlord is mad, and uhaul said they can't help me here! Wow 2

U haul is ripping costumers off.

I called U-Haul a week ago to have my U-Haul box delivered they are now telling me that there is a moving help charge of $210.88 they also charged me $213 to have it delivered there was no discussion about U-Haul help and they are charging me double the amount why is that possible how is that possible how can the consumer be screwed over by U-Haul. It's a poor poor business practices. Steer clear of U-Haul companies.

100.00 to cut locks off storage units Im from ohio came to Nc for got my keys to locks in ohio so I had to pay to get my stuff and its because of u haul Ive got to move my stuff in first place I will never rent from u haul again

Car hit on premises

Everyone had a truck from U-haul for 3 days in a row. I got permission if I could leave my car there while I used to truck and park the truck there and take my car and solve the 3rd day when I went back to retrieve my car. I was informed by the manager that my car was hit. And she got the girl's information, but the girl didn't want to file a police report. Because me and the girl wasn't had the same Insurance Company. You all found it quite convenient to close their case. And have this girl use her insurance. Which it was a U-haul truck? That impacted my car so I don't understand why they dragged me through the Ringer. To get a estimate and after I do all that. Then they said that they're gonna close the case. They want you to pay extra charges and charge you for every and any little thing, but. I think that the way the situation was handled was very not good. Situation wasn't handled well at all.

They are rude, unprofessional and mean!!!

Today was the most horrible day. I have had a really bad year, but today was the topper. I rented a U-Haul and needed a couple extra days due to lack of money to being scammed and hijacked of all my information I simply did not do anything intentional to anyone on purpose when I made these payments to them I gave him a card that worked as I was going about and was stuck out on the street for a few days in a U-Haul my spending report a suspicious activity and froze the card I was escorted to the Arden U-Haul I rented at the one in natomas off North freeway boulevard they told me to go to this one I went freely I explained to them that I have sincerely apologize that was my intention I had every intention of paying them I just needed some time to get instead of storage and get the car fixed but they said we can do all our calls and do that so forth here at the office facility and we should have the truck because of the issue is just the payment which I can get that cleared up by the end of this today they have charged me over $1,000 for a $20 day U-Haul and and I am disabled and they're going to throw me out on the streets they promised me they would have a car by the end of this evening as long as I need a payment and here I am standing with nowhere to go no home nothing and they don't care they actually were told me to go stand away from the vehicle while they inspected it and made their charges on their own and I heard them laughing like it was funny it was comical what they're doing I also got very sick for being in this van it was infested with wood mites I have bites all over me my legs and feet are swollen tremendously I have cellulitis I have my I have pain all over my body because of these bites and they don't care either they have not offered any compensation or any help in this matter which I would have to wash everything that was in that van now they threw me out on the streets with nothing that is what this U-Haul is and they just think it's funny when I did nothing but cooperate and be polite. I demand a refund from you and now compensation for my wounds and bites!!!

Why can't I get what I request

I reserved a Uhaul and requested a van twice. When I went to pick up the truck the first time I was told they couldn't rent a van to me because the windshield of the van was cracked. I was offered a pickup truck. The second time I requested a van I was told the battery was dead and was offered a 10ft truck. I told the clerk that they owed me $50 because they didn't have what I requested. But I was told that I could take the $50 but would not be able to rent from that location again. I took the 10ft truck. But there were about 4 or 5 vans on the lot. My question is, why couldn't they have called me to tell me that I wouldn't be able to rent the van that I requested instead of telling me upon arrival? The 10ft truck cost me more in gas. When I returned the truck the following day, a woman was renting a van. All I want is to rent a van when I need it and if it's not available, to be told that before I arrive so I can look elsewhere if need be. Also, I never heard from Uhaul when they rented a truck to me that damaged my items because it had rained and leaked into the back. I was told I would be getting a call from someone.

Upset customer

The times I have reserved a van, it was not available when I got to the store. I shouldn't be able to reserve it if it's not available or someone should have notified me so I could make the choice to go elsewhere. I was told if I accept $50 for not having what I requested, I could no longer rent from that location again. It's not the customer's fault that the store allows reservations for something they don't have available. I had some items destroyed due to a leak in one of the trucks and was told that I would be called by the company. Needless to say, I Never received a call. I've just about had it Uhaul!

The reason for my review is that businesses today don't do anything when it comes to customer service and I've got to let everyone know what a wonderful manager U-Haul Lancaster on Sierra Vista Boulev

I am not a pissed consumer. I am writing this review to commend the most professional Behavior at U-Haul on Sierra Vista and Lancaster California Guadalupe is got to be the most awesome person I have ever dealt with in a business. Thank you Lupe you really really touched my heart and your kindness to supersedes everyone I've ever dealt with when it comes to any business especially with you all I haven't I've had experiences with other U-Hauls nothing like this Lupe comes full steam ahead on top she Rises to the occasion and I am forever grateful to her and her staff! Thank you thank you thank you

I need to get into my storage unit and I don't know my gate code

All I can say is that be manager there Guadalupe is the most awesome human being I have ever dealt with with any business! She has my vote she is a warm human compassionate woman thank you Lupe!

U-Haul likes to rip people off

Hello I rented a storage unit from U-Haul in billings Montana and I cleaned out my storage unit yesterday and they refuse to refund any of my money since I payed my rent for April before I cleaned out my unit and it states that rent is payed in advance is considered prepared rent and will be refunded upon vacating and they just like to rip people off and there is a lady that works there and she has a very pore attitude she is rude so don't wast your money at this U-Haul location
