Controller only lets 40.7 volts to battery pack

I have had a 1600 watt 48 volt scooter and it keeps ruining battery packs. After a series of test I found that the controller was only letting 40.7 volts to the battery pack , thus not fully charging batteries. I need either a new evo controller for this unit or a wiring diagram so I can put another brand controller in it. I have been trying to solve this problem for over a year.

I need parts

The fear tire went flat and I can't get the Allen keys loose for the tire to open. I just need the rear tire assbly

My scooter won’t start

The handle that you pull Is not loose enough to pool its very tight how can I fix the situation Im pissed because I could barely ride it I didnt spend $800 for nothing pretty much so is there anything or anywhere I can take this thing to see what the malfunction is please

Duplicate charges X3 $106.58

I was charged a $106.58 and when I did a claim about a few weeks later I got charged for the same amount again. And when I followed the dispute for 2nd charge same thing happened, I was charged $160.58. Chime never did their due diligence to investigate the duplicate charges and reversed only one credit, which was only given in total. I tried to reach out to Uber, but they have no phone number, only in email which they never responded to. ****Side note,it is impossible to take Uber trips to equal the exact same amount even if pick up and drop off location are the same since time for arrival and other charges make it impossible especially

Defected uber scoot 2x 50 cc

I bout this scooter a couple of months ago but couldn't ride because of the snow but finally I got it out 2 weeks ago and rode it one day and then the next day I was riding and it just stopped on me but the engine was still running but the back tire was locked then I put the scooter in 1 gear and I was able too push it but when I tried too throttle the wheel wouldn't turn so I'm very disappointed and I have tried reaching out too someone but they haven't been able too help me I'm very disappointed I spent over 600 dollars for this hunk of garbage and I'm just basically trying too get my money back because this was supposed too be my main source of transportation

Charged me when no cars available

This is the 2nd time my money was taking and I reported the first time was $7.69 and today $9.02. Lost phone

Lost phone in uber car. Driver refused to xall me back. No support number for customers. I have been trying for 4 days to get my property back. They were supposed to follow up with sn email no response from uber.

DO NOT SIGN UP

I uploaded my new registration for my vehicle, and their specialized team determined my document to be fraudulent and disabled my account permanently. They refused to allow me to speak with said specialized team. They just kept giving me scripted words and doing nothing the assist in actually clearing up the issue. If they would have compared the registration this year, to last year, they would see that it is indeed done the same way. I have also repeatedly requested their legal entity name, as I plan to move forward with legal process. They have yet to give me this information.
