Pay tol

Don't bother calling it's a waste of time. Just spent 45 minutes trying to pay a bill nobody could manage it. Tried the website failed had to pay through a third party system complete rip off. If this could be worse I don't know how.

Needed a tag and couldnt get it online because my license was already in use. CS rep immediately fixed the problem!

Trying to pay my bill no info for account

I could not pay my charge online after directed to that function. I spent the better part of Friday morning trying to pay the balance. Please mail the statement to me.

Horrible Service

This company is a major rip-off. As somebody that was only visiting 3 months, I came home to a $90 bill! THIS IS ON TOP OF ALREADY PAYING SOME OTHER TOLL COMPANY $40! I don't get why they can charge SO much for necessities in commuting in TX. As a visitor for 3 months it has convinced me that I'll never return with my vehicle. I hate that your $$ doesn't even go into Austin schools! SUCH A MAJOR RIP OFF.

Very poor customer service

I have been getting billed since January 2023. I live no where near a toll road. I have been getting billed monthly, and calling every time I get a bill, saving names and report information each time. Thought it was finally resolved, but last 2 months now I'm getting billed for mailing fee!!! I continue to call monthly. So frustrating. Received another bill today, argh!!!

Past due bill.

Are you serious? I have a bill for an unpaid balance from 4/3/23. I already have an account with auto draft. I can see the bill online but it won't let me pay it because it shows a $0 balance. I'm unable to access their phone support at all. There is no phone support, it just tells you to go online. I can't even remove a vehicle on my account online.

I will never be back

Do use of improper language towards a client who has been a client for quite some time. I purchased a new car a year ago and added a new Texas tag to my vehicle as soon as I receive the plates. I have been driving on the tollways for over a year without being told or receiving any emails or letters regarding The license plate entered incorrectly. If you look at your license plate and theres a Texas emblem in the middle of your license do not add a dash as I did. No one would tell you that your license plate would be incorrect. Now I have to speak with EZ tag with over a $700 bill for over a year that has been in collections without my knowledge. Texas tag will not do anything about the problem. The lady that was my service helper was very rude to me. Took her six times to get my plate number correct. She was very rude while she was taking care of her baby in the background. This is terrible. Im more than upset over the customer service that was provided. No respect. I will be reaching to higher power on this.

Was on the phone for over an hour, their system is outdated

Paid my bill and they keep adding changes to it, their system runs months behind, tried to pay the blood suckering bill, and then they tell me their system is updating and I could not pay the bill and they had no idea when the system would be done. TxTag needs to be closed and done away with, how much of our tax money was used on their roads? Do not use them and if you have problems contact the Governor

Simply the Worst

I don't even know where to begin, except that I feel I'm doing them a favor with 1 star. Their record keeping is inept. When you file an inquiry following their instructions, their website can't handle it. The supervisors / managers do everything they can to avoid speaking to you. After numerous calls, it's obvious the call reps just make up *** to keep you away from them. One rep says they'll call you back within 48 hours. Of course, they don't. Another rep says that's impossible because the policy is that no one returns calls. It's all done by email. Another rep says no supervisors were in the officeD at 3:20 p.m. I'm pretty sure they're double dipping due to their shoddy bookkeeping. If you're thinking about getting a TexTag . . . DON'T!! It's the worst business mistake you'll ever make.

Only a 1 because there is no ZERO

Apparently the date on my credit card expired. I started getting bills from paybility.com and others up to $150. For charges totalling $1.36. I've been trying to reach people and kept getting sent back and forth. I give up. I'm paying off this toll and then I give up. They said they sent me an email LAST YEAR. I'm a elderly, I've been through cancer treatment. I missed the ONE email they sent. So I'm out late fees totally $150. My fixed income can't handle another fiasco like this. As it is, I'll be on oatmeal for the last week of December. So no more tolls. In fact, maybe no more car, in fact, maybe no more Austin. This place used to not suck so much.

Roadblocks on every method when just trying to pat the damn bill.

Can't pay online, can't Pay-By-Phone and can't call in. BS company. Why do they make giving them money so difficult?

It's a racket!

They haven't sent out bills in almost 2 years and I found out I have $600+ tolls due. This entire time, I thought I was paying it cause I was making payments for toll bills but I did not know that there were 2 different companies that I am supposed to pay to. I thought that the bills I am getting were all my tolls due. What they are doing is criminal. Also, if you are one day late, they slap you with a $15 late fee and keep adding more and more on top of that. I should not have to pay a $15+ fee for a $2 toll. It's *** ridiculous. In Houston, if you are late it's $4 and that's reasonable. This company is a racket and they're robbing us blind. I can barely afford to keep a roof over my head and food in my fridge but they want me to pay $600 for a $30 toll?!?

Poorest website design on entire internet

my account with cash balance was "cancelled" and money disappeared. Now they say a new account must be opened. Problem: Website will NOT ALLOW me to open new account. Will NOT accept new password, which is required. Still have sticker of previous account on car. Cash in previous account was between $20-25. where is it??P

Getting billed for toll roads even though I have a tax tag for toll roads

I was getting billed for toll roads but my tag had been changed at registration renewal got it changed so now maybe I wont be having these issues

Tolls

i have Florida's EZ pass pro works on all the toll including in Canada but not in Texas I have stopped taking loads to Texas
