Ripped me off!

I paid for Botox and they injected less than I paid for. I paid for the membership so I could get the complimentary advalight and during my session, the light was red not yellow like advalight! I paid for Botox twice in 13 days and hardly any results. I requested a refund and they wont answer phone and called me the wrong name- see pics. I reached out to BBB and I asked for owner to call me. I feel they charge and do different services - less than you pay for services so they can use the services you pay for on themselves! Beware!!!

Bait and switch!

I've had several issues with Two Drops losing my banked services, that means PAID for services. However the worst experience was with their cosmetic tattooing. I paid $50 as a promotion for full lips, halfway through the experience I'm informed that full lips only means inside lips and the outer area will cost another $200. Which I paid. The person preforming it explained nothing to me and I believe he just got a kit in the mail. My lips were scabbed up for 3 weeks and at the end of those 3 weeks my lips returned to looking just as they had before the permanent make up.

Please stay away from this place

Stay away from this place! Buyer beware! I have been a client of this place for awhile the facials are often rushed and they seem to always be running late. I purchased the permanent eyeliner and eyebrows from Two Drops and went in to get my eyeliner done. They were offering me Mojitos which I didn't think was a good thing to be offering a client before they are getting ready to get a tattoo. I was so turned off by this I looked Two Drops up with the Arizona Liquor board and they do not even have a license to serve liquor there. Hmmm wonder how many other things are not being done right/legally there. I get the eyeliner done and two days later you cannot even tell I have had anything done. This was very frustrating but they offered me another apt to go in and get it done again. Two weeks before my follow up apt I found out I was pregnant. I called my doctor and asked her if it was okay to get the eyeliner tattoo done and she said to wait until after I deliver. I called Two Drops to let them know I would not be making my follow up apt and would have to resched after I delivered. I let them know I wanted a refund for the $250 I paid for my eyebrows. I wasn't going to have them hold on to that much money of mine just hoping that their tattoo person was around in 8 months. The office manager Kim sent me an e-mail saying they would not offer a refund and that it was okay to get the tattoo done totally trying to go against what my doctor was recommending. I think this was just so they would not have to give me a refund. I really do not like posting bad things on yelp but I have been asking Kim to have the owner Marilyn call me for three weeks so we could work something out. I was even willing to let them keep the $250 and if for some chance their tattoo tech was not around after I delivered then give me a refund. Marilyn the owner has not called. Which is disappointing because I have been a client of theirs for three years now. I thought they would care more. So now I am left trying to protect other people from my experience. I will be posting my experience on all the review sites in the next few weeks and am sure the companies loss will be more than the $250 they could have just refunded. I will also be filing a dispute with my credit card company. It is just a shame that all of this could have been prevented if the owner Marilyn would have called to work something out.

Two Drops Of Beauty Medical Spa Weight Management Program Review from Mesa, Arizona

I do not know what I was thinking going to 2 Drops of Beauty. Every time I go in I get B12 shots with Sassy and every time she would take up to 30 minutes to actually see me! Unfortunately I got on groupon and purchased a series of 6 shots and had to keep going because there are no refunds. Every time I would go there it got more uncleanly. At one point they had me waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room and quickly put me in a room that had not been cleaned out and had open acupuncture needles. The next time i went there was a blanket on a chair and a pillow that said hot mom. There was a "clean" pad to sit on but when i went to sit down i saw that it had dried blood on it. This place is so unsanitary. Plus every time i would get a b12 shot it would hurt the first few times and now I don't feel a thing and feel less energy. I do not think they are actually using B12 at this point. I'm not going back to finish.

Botox is saline solution!

Purchased a groupon for Botox. (not my first experience with Botox-I have had Botox in the past) First treatment I was please with and purchased additional units. The next time I was in the treatment room waiting for numbing medicine to kick in, Botox was already in syringes and SASSY comes in and states she has put the wrong dosage in the syringes and needs to "fix" it. The injections were painless! Around my eyes and in my forehead! I was amazed-I have never had a Botox injection that is actually painless. Needless to say I walked away with no botox and only saline injections. ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS! AND NO REFUNDS! I am out at least 272.00 I say we all get together and do a lawsuit-they need to stop practicing!! I have photos! I

Cost of products MORE than product website!

I had a groupon for one year of facial treatments (up to 8 services to smooth skin). On the groupon it stated microdermabrasion, high frequency & electrode facials. I went in and had my first session with "Lou". All she did was talk the whole time so no relaxing at a SPA! The facial was a plain little facial that I do when I just wash my face. Not too happy with it. She then said I should purchase this great deal and it needs to be purchased today - last day of special. I thought I could use a great skin care product line and she explained a lot about it. I purchased it for $780 and went home and found it well over $130 cheaper on SkinMedica's own site. The reps for SkinMedica did see this so I spoke to Sherrie-then Marilyn and I said I don't trust this spa anymore because I felt cheated. I had to continue to go there for 7 more treatments so I did not want to make it so uncomfortable for all of us when I come in for my already paid for future microdermabrasions. I did speak to the Operations manager at Two Drops of Beauty (Marilyn). She said I could not return the product because it clearly states no returns. It was so hectic at that little area - I didn't get time to read anything so I signed and gave my credit card and was on my way. Marilyn said they could work with me on getting me different services that match up with the cost of the product ($780.00)! I said I don't trust them and I would be contacting my credit card company. I did and am disputing the amount. They thought that was the only way I could get my money back was through my credit card company. I absolutely want people to STAY AWAY from this place...horrible, horrible, horrible!!

Worst customer service by manager

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Bought a voucher through Deal Chicken and made an appointment two weeks ahead of time. The day we made the appointment we were told that their system was down and that they would need to call us back to confirm the appointment. They did call back a few hours later and confirmed the appointment. Received another phone call a couple of days later once again confirming the appointment. So everything seemed good until the day of the appointment. I decided to call just to double check. I spoke to the manager who wasn't able to find an appointment reservation. I gave her all the details necessary but she was unable to find anything on the system for our reservation. At this point, I was just thinking perhaps this company just has a horrible reservation system. But as I was talking more and more to the "manager" I was amazed at how little customer service skills she possessed or the fact that she didn't care that I took off time from work to make the appointment. All she wanted to do was reschedule. I told her I have concerns because I have no confidence that the process will be any different from what I just went through. The manager then told me that she was going to refuse the Deal Chicken voucher and do a "refuse of service". I'm only kicking myself because I should have done more research online before purchasing the voucher. I'm going to get my refund. I just want everyone to know what I went through so they can make an educated decision about using this business. It is obvious that the manager has had a lot of consumer related issues. Just visiting a few websites can quickly show this fact. Hopefully, the manager will read the reviews and realize that she needs to work on her issues.

Stay away!!!

They charged me for twice as much product than they actually used. When pointed out, they became publicly defensive online and disclosed my name and private details publicly on the site. They were very unprofessional and unethical all around. The filler injected was done poorly to top it all off. It was supposed to be under the eye area and when the dr tried smoothing the injected product, it shot up under my skin to the inner corner of my eye!!! Now I am stuck with this filler on the inside of my eye; and I paid double for it. They were so bad there that I have another fraxel treatment pre-paid and am not even going back to get it done. The older woman at the front desk is a NIGHTMARE! They're very high pressure sales there as well. I didn't like that. I ended up buying a lot more than I ever really wanted because of it. Like an $800 cleansing kit. Eeeek! They're good at convincing you to spend more money than you should. Leave your wallets at home!!! Better yet, I'd steer clear all together.

Two Drops of Beauty Medical Spa my new favorite place

"Locals Hidden Treasure for Procedures & Botox- Two drops of Beauty As a local, this hotspot is shared in a whisper among close knit friends. Walk-in Botox happy hours leave you feeling (and looking) ten years younger within two weeks which is the most amazing thing I have ever treated myself to and swear by. The Aestheticians that do the facials and peels are the best in town. My regular Aesthetician Tiesha, I would travel across the states to see. I leave glowing everytime I see her and in a total state of relaxation. The Staff is wonderful,it is always one of those things I find myself asking why I didn't come in sooner and without an ounce of stress in my body. There is sometimes a little wait in between services, but the atmosphere is enjoyable and services worth your time! The front desk is always warm and welcoming and a great make-up artist. Parking is the only thing that is not so great, I always plan an extra fifteen minutes to find a spot to park in shade. What a true jewel. Don't miss out you will not regret.

Treated very rudely!

I purchased two GROUPONS to go to "Two Drops of Beauty Medical Spa". When I called to make my appointment, the woman on the phone was extremely rude to me, especially after I told her I was a new customer with a GROUPON. Her tone of voice and choice of words were very unprofessional. She told me that there were no available appts for "GROUPON people" until weeks from now. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager because I didn't like the way I was being spoken to and she told me that she was the owner!! I told her that I have never been talked to so rudely at a spa. She promptly told me that I was not to come in and redeem my GROUPON. Going to a spa should be a "feel good" experience and I just feel ***
